Hello Boffer. I am guessing that just like me most are quietly waiting for this to go vertical. Could be Monday or could be July 29th but it cannot stick at 4/5p forever.

for 10 days. Each time I think about timescales I think 'SML/PPA will have been settled by the time I go', 'by the time I get back'..... Been away 3 times so far this year with those thoughts. One day though Rodders, one day.

On the question of the price at which SEPCO or others might buy in. I cannot think why LC would be looking at anything other than the maximum price possible. It would make no sense for SEPCO to buy in at 5p or 10p. Why would we want to sell 25% of the company for £10m effectively valuing at £40m? SEPCO should be prepared to take more of a risk on a project where they stand to make large profits on the build and also knowing more than most as to where this is heading and the numbers behind the project. A discount to a notional market value maybe but surely nothing less.

Agreed JD. It is all coming together, albeit very slowly. Let’s hope SML and PPA (which like others believe will land simultaneously) ignite the SP.

RNS is excellent news. SP remains a complete joke at 4.7p bid.

H5O I think a number of posters here (including me) made some comments on Friday which question the fact that the obvious delay due to reworking was never made known to investors in a RNS. I don’t agree with any suggestion of fraud but I would be inconsistent to say the least if I did not agree with the last point in that article on the lack of such a RNS.

Me too! I never have cash sitting in my dealing account. It takes a few hours for new funds to be applied so I always miss any fleeting drop. Fully loaded anyway so it’s probably a good thing.

Good question Telegraphist (stringing is along) - obvious when you know. Sorry I didn’t see your post as LSE appears to be a complete mess as present.

Particularly as this approach has ended with the SP at 3.9p. I think being completely open couldn’t possibly have been any worse and LC would have been seen and appreciated as such rather than this extended period of anxiety caused by a lack of genuine updates.

Davey’s post is unfortunately absolutely spot on. I have no idea why LC thought it wise to not divulge the reasoning behind the delays until today. I feel I have not been given the information which I should have been and today’s RNS only gives us yet another repeat of ‘the TG are behind this and we expect the PPA ‘soon’. I am erring in the side of this happening but far from happy with the way LC has played this. Why not just tell us what is going on instead of steingingnus along for 3 1/2 months? Because of this approach the market has interpreted the RNS as nothing new but more of the same.

That is pretty annoying to say the least. 5 years down the line with an average of c. 5p and the progress made and I could still buy in today at 4.00p or sell my holding for 3.80p. Infuriating.
