There is no way LC will start giving away the company at 5.25p after we have SML, PPA and F.C. is lined up. I will personally have expended a couple of million on frustration alone so multiply that by all LTHs and we will get to a huge value.

On the basis of trying to understate so that KIBO can pleasantly surprise me I am going for 14.9p

Mike. Purely out of interest how long have you been on this ‘journey’? I ask because I enjoyed it for the first 3 years.

I only have one ambition which is to make a return on my long term investment in the very short term. I doubt very much whether most LTHs are interested in settling back in to enjoy seeing LC’s how long term ambitions work out. It’s way way past time to deliver something tangible and some (any) shareholder value.

That ‘sense of urgency’ is certainly well founded as we continue to wait for the SML (3 months not weeks since minister’s Quote) which the GoT were ‘ready to consider’ 5 weeks ago so presumably next stage is ‘actually considering’ followed by ‘ready to announce outcome’ followed by ‘asking for a complete rewrite’. Not to mention the PPA which was expected ‘soon’ after resubmission 2 months ago. Thank goodness Tanzania is keen to be seen as a good place to do business.

If so I doubt whether they have much human contact.

I also doubt whether some of the ‘more forceful’ characters on here are quite as bold in the flesh in real life.

I listen to Yaki, Wimbo and others and appreciate all of their input. I also have a mind of my own.

Yaki who says I don’t believe in the strategy or management? If I didn’t I wouldn’t be here but I can still legitimate question and hold the company to account. That is just common sense. I am an investor solely here to make money. I am here for the MCPP alone and if it looks like a no-go I will bail as my current confidence in LC would be severely diminished and I don’t have a stomach for waiting another 5 years for Bots or Moz or for world domination via a tiny company in the UK.

I have more faith than most having held firm for a very long time. I have an independent mind and see no conflict in not admiring everything that both the company and the GoT do and say. Today’s RNS completely contradicts where I, and most others, thought we already were particularly as I asked the specific question of the company. Given that the further information was as a result of the additional requirements announced in the RNS on July 19th was it an oversight, incompetence or misinformation to tell me that the balll was firmly in the court of the GoT on August 1st or did we really receive further requests for completely unknown new stuff and answer it in the last 14 days?

Everyone please do continue to feel free to post whatever you wish in the knowledge that you can criticise and still hold. This is not just a forum for blind positivity even if some don’t like it.

Who says it is the full submission? I was told it was the full submission on August 1st. No one knows if it will require further reworking or additional information. That is the overriding message in the RNS. Everything else, as Mike say, is just what the company has to say and had said time and time again.

Let’s be absolutely honest. It’s a complete farce. It could go on for years at this rate. All these resubmissions and reformatted documents do nothing other than confirm why we are at 4.7p and possibly 4.5p later today.

I posted the following email reply on August 1st : ‘Have we provided the Tanzanian Government with what the company believes to be everything necessary for them to decide on both the SML and PPA? I.e. the Ball is in the government’s court in both cases. Yes – bar any further requirements / queries the GoT may raise subsequent’. So have we really both received and answered further queries and resubmitted the application in the last 12 days?

Patch -some fair points but please do remember that existing investors by definition may well have already held for some time so you probably mean 'hold for longer' starting from now as opposed to suggesting that anyone only prepared to hold for e.g. 5 years up to this point is a fly by night chancer with no patience.

hopefully has no bearing on my investment timescales here. I have zero interest in the small fry stuff contained in the RNS and continue to hope that the company is about to get the MCPP across the line. The company seriously do need to demonstrate that they can actually complete a project rather building a list of potential projects for another day.
