I am expecting something very positive from the Mbeya visit this week. September may well be the month we have all been waiting for.

Anyone invested here has to believe that at some point our optimism will be well founded.

Let’s hope Pauly’s timescale prediction of back to school turns out to be spot on.

Just to be picky they would need to buy 70m shares to end up with 10% of the resulting 704m total or 111m to acquire 15%. At 15p = £10.5m or £17m. Peanuts.

Agreed JD. But H5O does also have a point. I am no fan of the empire building either. Not until MCPP is done and dusted as I really don’t want any further massive dilution to buy further assets with long term future. I want some serious jam now.

Definitely good news but TBH I had sort of already expected/believed that anyway. Not sure it amounts to much of a surprise. The real question still remains as to whether GE have anything on which to work. Ball is still very much with GoT.

For the record I am not questioning whether LC has lots to do. My questions were 1. Where is he? 2. Why the silence?

LC has been hiding away for a while now. No podcasts, no interviews, no Q & A’s, no investor sessions (as promised months ago). Why is he not out there telling everyone how great KIBO is and selling the story?

Mike I would like to be an optimist and believe that end of August means something to GoT. Sadly I can’t and believe we will continue to drift slowly down until the end of September. I think times, dates, progress, deadlines, aspirations, quick, soon, expeditious, etc mean zilch to the GoT who appear to be adopting the strap line ‘Manama’. If by then we still have nothing I expect to see a huge ‘buying opportunity’ (I.e. some will believe this ain’t happening).

Talk about SML and/or PPA extending into October and next year. That may well happen but to be fair we have absolutely no idea. Both could land tomorrow or next week but market activity says it isn’t tomorrow unless GoT is running an extremely tight ship (which I doubt). At some point (prior to sept 30th if SEPCO are to buy-in) the GoT is going to have to either put up or shut up as their intransigence must be seriously annoying/worrying/frightening a lot of existing and potential investors. If they have any real wish to court investment they need to start acting like they care rather than just coming out with perpetual rhetoric.

I think that just about sums it up JD. The GoT are proving exactly why this is a high risk/high reward investment with their total incompetence. LC is displaying the patience of a saint and supreme perseverance trying to get this across the line. I suspect this week will come and go like many before it.
