I think the next 3 weeks will answer that question. LC obviously thinks (or thought) the LATEST date by which we would have the SML and PPA sorted is 30th September in order for SEPCO to be comfortable enough to buy a significant chunk of the company. 15 working days and counting or do we get the revised date RNS?

Probably the most pertinent point from the July 19th RNS regarding final final, absolutely final and completely final SML submission is ‘We are optimistic that both licences shall be approved expeditiously although it should be noted that following submission the progress of the process is not within Kibo's control’. If ever we were being told it’s a farce that would be it. LC must be pig sick of asking ‘where are the SML and PPA?’

If we get PPA/SML current SP is meaningless. If we don’t it is also meaningless.

Could be PPA or SML but is just as likely to be an extension to the 30th Sept buy-in date for SEPCO as the SML and PPA are still nowhere to be seen.

We are expected to live off scraps of petty 3rd party stuff as opposed to the govt actually doing something. As stated before I can’t wait to make some money here and never invest in anything to do with Tanzania again. The govt are a total shambles. I remain optimistic, heavily invested but hugely frustrated by the whole thing.

If you are asking me Miz my reply is that I am sick and tired of tweets and news articles about the SML and the govt wanting to show they are open for business rather than actually getting the bloody thing. As I say it just goes on and on.

I don’t agree with 5.25p but I have no idea why we are are still waiting for the SML. It just goes on and on.

If SEPCO buys in anywhere 5.25p it would be completely out of order. At some point LC really does have to create some shareholder value ( you could argue that I am just a bad investor but my average is c.5p so I am sitting on a paper loss and almost 5 years in) and giving it away to partners who are going to make 10’s/100’s of millions out of the projects would be plain wrong.

When I say ‘shortly’ I mean imminently. I think we may well be at that tipping point with the full support of the GoT.

Shortly I am expecting an expeditious move from the GoT resulting in the SP shifting soon
