You have hit the nail on the head, cannot go much lower and much to gain. And funding will come through I'm sure ( despite those who are not invested in HCP suggesting it may not ) .

With all the negative news on how The Hotel Collection may fail, I would have thought the collection would be trying to sort the funding out sooner rather than later , "damage limitation" .
