No figures as yet for 2103. They made £10.5 mil in 2012. However they have said they have recorded strong revenue growth since. So suggests even better. They also had £7.5 mil cash at last results . None of this is priced into HCP. So any deal , this is going to fly.

And can't quite remember how many they bought in first place. LOL

Ok However if you were buying this group of hotels, wouldn't you buy them and then change the name. Why ask the former owners.

They have said they are achieving strong revenue growth So why would the results be bad . The bit I don't get is why do they want to change there name. What will that do ?
