Has CF lost his mojo in the UK market? POLB c70% below 52 week high, EGT c50% below 52 week high and both companies south of their IPO price. HVO now at 52 week low. Looks like all 3 companies are suffering in the current market IMHO.

Now hit 52 week low, looks like no interest in this other than selling. CF happy with his 28p exit, we will be lucky to get anywhere near that in 2025 as Big Pharma don't seem interested in placing any new contracts.

This is an interesting article from IC (May 2024) which covers the history of the company , the SpaceX situation and risk/reward balance. Looks like more SP runway to look forward to IMHO.

It waits until the UK market closes and now moves up to 2.30 over 23%.

HOOK SP on the move currently up over 13% to 2.11, bodes well.

SP still drifting, MMs taking the opportunity to drop the price on no news. Roll on April, maybe we will get to hear something by then.

Allan Rankin previously bought 20m shares in HVO in Oct 2022 & by July 24 had sold the lot. Now he has bought 16m in POLB. Clearly sees an opportunity to make more bucks over the next few years.

Also Saba Capital Management increased their short position yesterday, so no surprise the SP headed south today.

I think this tends to happen each year in early January, the MMs trying to spook investors into selling as there hasn't been any confirmation from the company of how good the Xmas trading has been. Once that announcement happens I would expect this to be north of £7 again.

I think Guident IPO might be first half of 2025 rather than second half, lots going on at the moment.

Still as per usual, no news and the MM's let the SP drift. It might get to 20p by the Amsterdam launch if we're lucky but I think MM's will be saying show us the Royalty money Stu, which of course he can't because Croda won't let him. Oh well, GLA.

Hi Bamps, I'm good thanks. Yes TW is also suffering from the shorters IMHO. 2025 will be exciting for GGP, just ignore the day to day SP unless you want to keep adding more.

The detailed minutes of the AGM should be made available within 7 days of the AGM, it doesn't say 7 working days but giving them the benefit of the doubt then they should be posted on their website tomorrow. In the meantime, I have contacted their brokers to request where they are and will update this forum when they call me back.

The Remuneration Committee, which comprises Martin Hunt (Chair), Dr Cathy Prescott and Stuart J. Ashman met three

times during the course of the year 2024. The Committee (minus Stuart J. Ashman) reviewed the structure of remuneration packages for the executive directors and agreed they remained appropriate.

There isn't anything on their web-site which specifically covers the AGM, so unable to verify the assertion Belgrano, however it wouldn't surprise me.
