LUCY/GNIP/SALT companies SP are trending upwards. Guident will be at CES Las Vegas, NV Location: Booth 8255 Meet starting tomorrow January 7th to 10th. Guident IPO to come soon, could 2025 turn out to be the year Cliff's transformation delivers? He thought it would be 2024 but maybe just maybe this could be the year.

I also wonder whether CF has been shocked by the SP decline? Going back a few months whereby he indicated that LTH's would be happy with any takeover by Xmas, which didn't happen but the first trading day of the NY the bombshell RNS dropped and the SP nosedived.

Given the SP has fallen between 40% & 50% since the announcement, some sellers would have exited due to no interest on having Nasdaq shares in their portfolio when POLB is delisted from AIM. Equally the SP in HOOK has also dropped. IMHO I believe that this will turn out to be a good deal but shareholders may have to wait between 12 and 24 months to really get a positive return from this investment. From a risk/reward basis is it worthwhile waiting that long or reinvest in other companies instead? Who knows, GLA.

SP is now above 50day MA and golden cross was passed early December. Not a total believer in the charts but these are positive trends and bode well for an upward trend in the SP.

Looks like a CF screw up to me, he is only interested in what's in it for him in the future rather than any LTH's. Not sure what Michael Kelly makes of it.

They are all messages between the brokers as the AIM casino is totally fixed.

Very unusual that nobody from the company has done either a Proactive or Vox update, says a lot really. Given that Jeremy doesn't have a key role going forward or indeed any role maybe that will follow in another RNS. Very disappointing for LTH's as the takeover expectation was meant to be SP enhancing according to CF..........

Dropping into the 3p range, looks like CF has dropped a huge clanger here.

Dual listing to start with so just carry on, although there will be some consolidation of shares (probably 10:1) and price will change to reflect the consolidation.

So 12.5m late trade buys, better for the crooks that way as it doesn't impact the SP and they are desperate to keep it low for their masters. Once the dual listing is up and running and Greatland have established themselves in the OZ market, their listing on AIM will be history IMHO. No doubt about it, in 2/3 years what would be their purpose in staying on this casino over here?

Amazing they left it alone at 6.1p, just await the late trades next.............

Any guesses what the crooks will take the SP down to in the UT - 5.8p is my guess as they seem to do what they want.
