Not quite 1p. The Board has furthermore recommended the payment of a cash dividend for FY2019 of 1.00 US cents (~0.78 pence) per Ordinary Share, payable in November 2019.

Out on 12th September, so would expect further update on takeover ahead of that. Next week could be interesting. GLA

Happy with that, no trading allowed after today awaiting settlement before 15th August so took the money and run. Nice premium given the falling pound. Time to reinvest. GLA

Hi Tom, my view is the market doesn't like lower margin 18% & falling. No deal Brexit likely to see a further fall & SP is up 20p this month so maybe some profit taking as well. Long term should be OK but need to keep an eye on the margin pressure IMHO. BOL.

IC sum of parts on 17th June : This is based on a valuation of £105m (56p a share) for Bulgin on the basis of a multiple of 13 times net profit estimates for the current year; £20m (11p a share) for the Checkit/NCS business; and £5m (3p a share) for net cash and EET. Buy. Given offer for Bulgin is £105m & Market Cap at close yesterday for whole company was £92m - should see a good rise on opening. GLA
