In respect of the AGM, the attendance was woeful as a result of Ashman refusing to hold it at an appropriate time in an appropriate place. He needs to hold the AGM prior to Xmas in a place that is accessible to public transport at an appropriate time. 9am in a hell hole between Xmas and New year doesn't wash with his shareholders but as you know he doesn't give a fig about shareholders hence why only 3 turned up.
