Rob, he bought them as insurance in case Croda went pete tong but Croda didn't. Under his leadership both companies have regressed, no surprise there that is why he can't be trusted to buy any others as he always screws them up.

Josh, Toyin explained the timing in his post 19:48. The IMC for January was only ever about full year results. The rest of what you said about interim results I agree with.

Josh, I've never stated that I expected interim results to be included in the January IMC that Ashman promised. The IMC was a follow-up to the full year results 2025.

You don't need to try and muddy the waters, just apologise for being wrong.

Share, MRE is March quarter so anytime between now and end of March. The quarters in Oz don't align with ours.

Josh, I think you will find that an IMC was promised for January 2026 as outlined by Toyin. I believe he will renegade on that promise as he has nothing new to tell us and will end up being a waste of everyone's time. Maybe sometimes you need to pause and look in the mirror before accusing other posters!!

So SP closed in Oz at 681, a cross listed share and Gold price was up all day today and yet we close at 667.45. Go figure, manipulation or what!!

The selling price falls to 17.5p now, will that stop the selling? Don't think so, what we need is an IMC that Ashman promised but he knows his performance is so poor he has nothing positive to say and that will increase further selling. Oh dear, poor old Ashman has dug himself into a hole and has no way of crawling out of it. Just resign instead, we need a fresh approach from somebody who is dynamic, keen to be successful and willing to engage with his shareholders. Ashman you do not meet those requirements!!

Agree Toyin, my description of Ashman as a clown becomes truer every day and given the increased sells over the past few days suggests more shareholders are becoming disillusioned with his lack of leadership!!

AS are you saying his f/y 2026 guidance is £6.2m plus Croda? If yes, how much Croda are you expecting and what is your estimated split between h/y 1 and h/y 2?

Hi Toyin, I don't think we will hear anything from SA until March but on reflection we might be better off waiting until March for the h/y results as we will only be 2/3 months before y/e 2026. If he doesn't increase guidance then we will know that his acquisitions as well as Superdrug would have had a stinker and his Q&A update with Elric was just a bunch of lies.

So if he doesn't update f/y 2026 guidance then the reality is that both his acquisitions have regressed, Superdrug has flopped and Croda is just about holding it all together. Hardly a high performing CEO, time for a change.

Hi Toyin, what doesn't add up for me with SA is that he reiterated last month that F/Y 2026 would be £6.2m revenue with 400k EBITDA. If h/y 1 comes in between £4m and £5m revenue would you expect him to update f/y guidance? If not, then h/y 2 guidance on its own would suggest that Ashman doesn't have a clue and h/y 2 on its own is enough to get him kicked out. SA is so far out of his depth I cannot believe he has any supporters left.

So that is another 1m sold after yesterday's 2m and down she goes again. Any momentum Ashman? Thought not!!

This SP is going nowhere with Ashman in charge. A CEO who has zero interest in updating his shareholders on anything and the market will punish the company accordingly. No news and the drift will continue. Just imagine how great this company could be with a dynamic CEO in charge instead of this useless overpaid excuse for a CEO. Hoping MD keeps buying so we can get rid of SA. The SP is 18.75p and Ashman dreams that he can exercise his options at £1. No chance, time to resign Ashman and give us all a break.
