Majority of the rents moves to Ingenuity as far as I was aware other than direct space that THG (remain co ) requires

The only way I can see a short being able to cover a roll into ingenuity is to buy real shares in the amount needed (currently unknown) by the required date

One thing I’m not sure on is the required date,still trying to work it out

Is it they needed to be held on the announcement date or a settlement date once the deal takes place

The real holder is always the real holder,shorts only borrow on the basis that the shares would be avaialable if required meaning the borrow is like a gentlemans agreement and NOT a physical borrow (IMO its FRAUD)

So any benefit arrising from a didvend etc goes directly to the original holder,therefore any short is on the hook to cover this amount if caught short as the shorter is going to have to make good on the shares sold short as whoever bought them will be expecting thier divivdend etc

If HL for example lent my shares out and a shorter dumprd them into the market THG wont know this and will still send my divdend to me leaving then shorter on the hook to provide the divend on the shares sold short

In effect the shorter has created 2 for 1 postion

In the case of the original owner opting for additional shares in THG or or accepting the position in Ingenuity the shorter will be on the hook for these either way

I’ve no idea how new co can trade until the deal is finalised

IMO the additional shares you receive are in effect a dividend and should add to your total holding

If shares are in ISA they should add to ISA if in a normal trading account should add to that

Most have stopped Bed and ISA not sure it’s even legal anymore

Even if I wanted to roll into a private Co I can’t see any mechanism to hold something you can’t even value in an ISA or SIPP

Hence after the Rachael Reeves raid toy will be taxed into non existence

I’m not sure why you would roll into a private company with no idea of share value,no control,no method to sell other than a promise and no time line!

I think Matt and Co will be handing out lots of their THG shares to take a bigger stake of Ingenuity on the swap basis

He hates LSE and he clearly loves Ingenuity but does he love Protien and beauty

Will he sell off his position in THG to raise the funds to acquire a controlling interest in Ingenuity?

Kim Jong Um in your valuation of the worst possible scenario arriving at 143p what have you used as a reduction of salaries after the split ?
