Giving up a tangible tradable asset for a non tradeable assset is NOT a fair trade or in many case even an option

If you didn’t like option 1 Inginuity = dilution of remainco then Inginuity was taken from you at £0

That’s NOT a choice IMO

YOREK the question is was it stolen (by manipulation) not is it a good thing going forward

The option was to diminish your holding in one company fir a pro rats share in another,that share of the private company is technically illiquid and worthless

If you did not transfer you have lost the element or value of that part of the company with no compensation

IMO we should have received something in return for the value of Inginuity

The float is the same pre and post,the asssst has been removed at £0 to those in remainco

As an example what if Nutrition was demerged on the same basis?

Share count seems the same prior to the announcement of split and before the raise

Valuation was a joke IMO and share holders got nothing in return for the removed asset

The shares the shorts have borrowed are most likely NOT real shares anyway,they have probably been shorted on a nod and a wink that they would most likely be available if required or there is reasonable belief that we could locate them for you if needed

The stock market IMO is a PONZI scheme which lives deception and lies

You only have to look at the fines levied out to institutions for deliberate rule breaking and incorrect marking of trades

If retail holders are the supposed 35% dogs and 65% are the remaining institutional holders should retail not want to fall into bed with MM then surley these holders between them will have to give up 35% of their THG holding to keep the status quo

Will many private investors want to roll into Ingen?

Also some of the 65% might not want to roll either so institutions might have to give up a WHACK of THG shares

Ingenuity shares won’t be for sale per say on a stock exchange

You will be signing up to be a shareholder of X% of a private entity

There might be an option to exchange your holding between interested parties but that’s not guaranteed
