Yes should have said 3 shorters above threshold, my bad, but yes they must have been just below, but lets be honest, the hedge funds that shorted this from 800 all the way to the 30's were ultimately right, I used to think shorters were disgusting, still think that a bit, but ultimately they were right and they made money. But for them to still be there just below 0.5 or above is insane at these levels, just shows what a mess this is, look at APN they had a shorter above threshold pop up in last 2 weeks and still did 30%+ on share price, but for us to have 3 at these levels is disheartening, hope MM and his close circle enjoy their holidays and their money and ingenuity all to themselves, may they be the richest people that ever lived

Been away from thg for a while now, i mean money still there but my brain has been away, I just saw three shorters now above threshold, how the f*** are they coming in at this level, does not bode well at all, APN jumped like 30% this month, almost 3x for them in last 14 months, no insider buys, no buybacks, no nothing, just fake vapid promises and screwing the shareholders, disgusting, the joys, i cant wait for this to go back to 60 or maybe even 120 so i can sell and never look back, because I refuse to sell at a loss but will that cost me even more i dont know, literally buying index fund for last 5 years would have doubled my money, yet here i have lost more than half of it, i cannot wait to exit this, all because one guy went from screwing over the system to screwing over his shareholders, pure rot

i prompted gemini over and over last night and there is no evidence of the 10 year deal, it's ai's hunch based on previous contracts with thg and other institutions, but it said it's either 10 years or it's for life as in permanent ongoing contract that if broken substantial payments are required to break free (i don't know which is worse actually maybe would prefer 10 year deal over permanent / ongoing my lord)

Everyone including Kelso pushed for ingenuity to go, I think they / everyone ideally wanted it sold but MM had other ideas and got rid of it as everyone asked but did it in a way that fudged us all royally and for the next 9 years

Cluster fudge of a disposal, that ties us in for another 9 years, the only problem is if any of us have an emergency and need money we will have to make sure we have besides the investment otherwise we get royally screwed again

Or if it goes to 60p at least the majority of us won't lose money if we have to pull it out, anyway such is life,
