And this is assuming that I cant partake in ingenuity via Stock /ISA and if ingenuity ever lists on NYSE I can still sell my shares as UK company (which a UK company cant buy non-UK shares but in this case assuming I can sell them if they list... who knows) man what a mess!

Thank you OohAhhCantona and Rock8, so heres where im at, 75% / 80% of my holding is in shares bought via my company, 20% through ISA

so the 75% / 80% on company goes on remainco + ingenuity and the isa 20% just remainco,

1pencil so sorry I'm a bit slow, forgive me, im confused now, so even if we dont partake in ingenuity and stick with remainco, remainco still has a stake in ingenuity? So it's just a case of do you want more of ingenuity or not? Is that correct?

OhhAhhCantona A bottle of red clears the head, same here, you were saying remainco + ingenuity and I was remainco, bottle of red for each of us and now we have both switched hahaha,

My thinking is follow the sharks, they all want to go down the ingenuity route, so I'm going to have to follow the sharks, that's the one thing I should have done on a previous one, I'm sure my head will change over the next few weeks but that's my thinking for now haha

StockBrockerBelt Thats a great point he really needs remainco to do well as its a massive chunk for newco!

And yes like you, I have no doubt about newco doing very well, from my point of view, my only issue if it stays private for next 10 - 15 years I don't want to be in it, if there were solid arguments from company saying they would target NYSE listing for newco I would go with them

Also what is our share in newco if we choose to go with that option?

I was looking at Autostore and they had valuation of 12Billion dollars on revenue of 500M or so, Ingenuity will have external revenue of maybe 300M I might be wrong, cant remember exactly what remainco is paying ingenuity but if I'm correct at 150, its 150+150, of course ebitda not the same as autostore but still in 5 years could be there,

but I'm not going for ingenuity, its a long shot as it may stay private

Thanks Rock, think im gonna stick with remainco, I don't even know what share of ingenuity I would get to be honest, think its mostly taken by the big boys and if no NYSE then its pretty much worthless for me to stick

Who here thinks ingenuity will go on USA market or will remain private? is this the intention here to make everyone go no I'm not diluting, ill keep remainco and then boom its on NYSE for valuation of 10Billion ? i don't know what to do here : (

Most importantly, my open question to everyone here, why is the share price falling to 600M's if there is no dilution and remainco = 2B revenue and is profitable?

And why have shorters not pulled out? Can anyone help me I'm struggling to comprehend this haha

What makes you suspect this? Why not just keep it private?
