@stanleyb It seems like we (us + MM) went from standing up / fighting the dark forces together to then, being betrayed by the person we went into this with, he kept going on about the stock market being corrupt etc and then with ingenuity demerger we were suddently abandoned by MM and were left holding the fight unfortunately. Which I will never understand why?!

Its not in my nature to be so pessimistic / negative, its just the raw truth, but things I would like to see soon:

- more info on thg payment to ingenuity & staff

- Insider purchase of shares, chairman, cfo, cmo, i dont care any one of them, would boost confidence massively

- more info on profit and ebitda

- no more fluffing and surprise announcements and shenaningans

@Futurehire This is great benefit, and love the optimisim and positivity! but does not justify the near £1 billion in overpayment from remainco to ingenuity over the next 9 years unfortunately, might as well paid Google directly and saved £900M+

@Futurehire Im looking at simply wall st and can still see a few for those stocks. Since Ingenuity split 0 buys for THG insiders,

We had insider buys in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 0 since ingenuity demerger, longest period since insider buy and first year without one, 2025 was, paints a picture

I said I wouldn't reply for a few months, but had to say this because I thought about it for a few hours

I asked Google if with fud and short selling you can suppress a profitable stock long term and it said

Last time I was accused of FUD, it was on a crypto ICO that the owner took everyones money and ran away to some island with millions.

This is not FUD, this is the truth. Look at the share price, look at why it went down even though results were great, why people sold, look at APN, please don't fool yourself

A share cant fall for 4 years based on short attacks, at some point other big funds buy in because its too low and they want to make money, we need to wake up and smell the coffee

MM can shed more light on the exact figures and 'FUD' ends

@JamesLast great shout, and that's amazing news. But what I've seen on this forum is that people are pointing out this massive corruption from thg to ingenuity and people are coming back going ignore that whey prices are falling, milk prices are falling, war in ukrain will be over soon, we will be 1pound and over soon, but why are we ignoring it?

If we stand up and all point out this is wrong we may have a chance to change how things progress from here on out

I don't know if it's with good intentions of remaining positive and upbeat or if some of us here have ulterior motives, truthfully because this corruption cannot be ignored in my eyes

No one is saying that mm's are saints and have not been dodgy as sin

If you have a stake in thg and ingenuity then you are ok, or if all of your money is now in ingenuity you're smiling but thg shareholders are being ravaged

100 percent dodgy, and 100 percent manipulated, I agree and who remembers numis self reporting to FCA

This is a massive part of why I jumped on thg because they are being attacked

However ever since mm made the decision to take ingenuity private he has attacked us all from then on by protecting his interests in ingenuity, he has said it before he doesn't care for small retail investors and clearly proving it

Tldr thg is wrongly priced, undervalued, attacked by everyone, but now MM is exacting revenge on his own small retail shareholders

No doubt mm is one of the best founders there are, but as a CEO of public company one of the worst, 2 hour notice to participate in ingenuity, overpaying ingenuity by 200m a year over next 10 years that's 2billion plus the already 1 billion he took from thg to his now private company where he uuuuuffed us all, the promising of profits and dividends where there's none, the renting back to thg from his properties rather than buying it from thg, how can anyone def nd these actions

I have all myoney still on thg hope it goes mental and ramps up but the only way that happens is with him gone or chairman in or if he stops ravaging us

Ingenuity is no longer included in the sotp, it's a private company now,.when prompting LLMs / ai tell it to be as up-to-date as possible and give it the date of today etc

There is no way I would put another cent in this stock, do you not understand that the more depressed the price is the higher the likelihood we all get shafted, like when matt 'loaned' the company to get more stock even though we had demerged or how ingenuity was demerged at a loss to shasreholders instead of sold for money? do you not grasp what is happening? or am i crazy? i mean if its me please let me know

But what can we do it about it legally? Can we email the FCA? Has anyone emailed the FCA? What are the legal actions we can take
