I can’t see how we could hold newco shares in an ISA when the shares technically don’t have a daily value or to a degree any value until you find a willing buyer

If they were a customer I doubt they ever sold enough for Inginuity to notice!

It’s going to be very difficult in the case of incoming offers for Mouldy and the board to say that any such offers clearly undervalue the company when looking at its current state

Surely the board must now be exposed under fiduciary duty with regards to comments that previous offers of £1.70 and maybe £2.00 plus also severely undervalued the company !

He may need even more security if he runs off with Ingenuity for a song 😬

Shares in any private company can only be held within that company, they are not even a tradable

asset and don’t even have a value unless someone wants to buy your percentage from you or they re list the company

You effectively are just listed as a % holder of the company

There is no mechanism for any broker platform to hold them

The cost to the short will be the amount of money required to cover the cost of the short position when it unwinds.The short won’t be entitled to ingenuity shares as they are not a THG share holder as such,hence they would need to acquire Ingenuity shares but I don’t see how they could unless they buy physical THG stock

Directors have a fiduciary duty to act in a certain way,I’m not sure Mouldy would be able to claim that Mouldy is doing so!
