The II's changed the game plan at pre Close 25th Jan RNS, pushing for the TO. The subsequent increase in SOL and SP disappoint - it's conditioning !! - just pressures PI's to take a 'Low Ball' offer for the TO IMO.

This will go three ways IMO:

1. They want PI's out and hold CNE as a much smaller share\capital base - high performance stock. This takes a year for transition and provides a gradual returns - year 1.
2. Suppress CNE for a bid - larger marco higher, quicker return.
3. They just want to Fwck me Over - their doing a great job so far.
