I think the simple answer is, if VAL knew the deal was off then they would have RNS’d before as the BoD can’t sit on news, good or bad as they would be in breach of market regulations, so game on!

The time frame is EOM for THX / 201.

Another 2 weeks to the EOM, unless something else spills in between.

Whilst l eagerly await the 201 news and it is the companies first major commercialisation which will happen whether THX in June or later or somebody else because of it excellent trial results, it is the lab news that really gets the heart pumping as in the annual report RNS.

A new lab will be able to fast-track test all VAL’s new IP at an incredible costs saving and also the lab services will be able to be outsourced to other pharma and bio partners for a premium revenue IMHO.

No problemo Novice but actually prefer battery!

A bit like VAL…. a car without a battery so just free wheeling at the moment down hill, but once they get the lab then thats the battery charge which is needed and we’ll be motoring up to the mountain peak!

THX / VAL have until EOM to finalise things…. When l looked at my calendar just now it says we are only at the 13th June.

People ate selling our as if the horse has already bolted, well it hasn’t.

Calm and patience required, plus VAL is not a one trick pony jn just 201, but has 7 products, 2 at commercialisation stage and the other 5 in billion dollar markets if successful such as 301 and BC201 for example, plus with the proposed lab, this IP pipeline IMHO will soon be in to double digits.

What message?

Lets just be patient as 2 facts exist:

1. Ken has form in fund raises.
2. 201 had excellent PII results

Because all, it is a brand new SPV formed purely for the sole purpose of a fund raise, with 201 being one of other IP, of its focussed assets. You won’t find out zip about it as its a brand new venture.

Daddy, depends on what benefits the lab brings to the table l would have thought.

A placing to survive (capitulation) is completely different to a placing to acquire an asset (accumulation) which we are told is already revenue generating from the last RNS, so quite exciting actually!

Daddy, with all due respect, SD has to always have contingency plans in place just in case, as she wouldn’t be a good CEO if she let the company fall on its sword by having all its eggs in one basket.

Prudent management is essential!

Agree with Porky have to really agree the resilutions so uou don’t shoot yourself in the foot!

I’m voting YES to all resolutions.

SD and team have done extraordinary things in turning a sinking ship around which was at 0.1p at one point and at the brink of bankruptcy!

They have my 100% confidence in always doing the right thing within their best endeavours taking my 4.5p average price to now a 5 bagger in just over 2 years.

1. That is a normal going concern statement.
2. They didn’t have to announce the RNS earlier so why not.

As a shareholder ypu should be pleased the stock price is marginally up IMHO?

I believe that investors were expecting bad news yesterday about THX and in fact this was confirmed that it is business as usual, in fact strengthened with the addition of new VAL IP being added to the THX portfolio which reinforces my optimism.

Secondly, how many times did the RNS plus SD and KC give the hint of an ‘already revenue generating lab’, not just for VAL IP but as a service provider to external companies and the need to increase head count!

Whatever the value of the lab acquisition is, is getting added straight to the bottom line of the valuation, PLUS the added value of the already generating income that was purported yesterday.

Yes PM, Kevin is 70 years old so assume retiring.

Yes Ice, it was an annual report so a summary of the last financial year so not sure what people expected.

Two positives though:

1.THX still on and in fact VAL adding IP with THX, so l see this as a massive plus and that its very much still game on.

2. A Lab acquisition will provide VAL’s first revenue stream in its history and add to the balance sheet as an asset. What asset value and annual revenue is yet to be seen of the new tCRO?
