All in all l think this is sound RNS as its an annual report to summarise the year which it does, so people saying its old news…… well of course it is as it is a summary of the progress so far this year.

Highlights:
1 . New income generating lab
2. THX still on track, in fact THX involved in the new pipeline drugs, so obviously a strong bond

Anything new would be RNS’d separately to the market as this is just an annual report with a few hints.

Its the new lab and income generation (how much?) and what this adds to the balance sheet that excites me which will be used as a CRO for external business as well as VAL’s internal IP.

Anyone any idea of a developed CRO valuation?

Nomlungo, the main headroom request is just the same as last years which they haven’t even used all of yet.

Think many are missing the point on the new lab - income generating which would be VAL’s first generating asset to my mind !?

I managed to retire mid 30’s but actually got incredibly bored and needed something in my life so work part time to keep the grey matter working!
+60 my goodness, how many people do l know have suddenly dropped dead! Quite scary.
The human body needs routine - sleep, food, drink and work - NAI!
If you have been working almost all days a week l think the shock to the system kicks in when you properly retire and hang up your boots.

It will go where the market takes it.
The 201 deal for VAL in its evolution is groundbreaking - first major commercialisation, significant revenues and milestones which takes it to a different plateau IMHO and should start institutional interest and hopefully buying by bio funds.
You could possibly see it hit new all time highs but lets wait as not long now hopefully!

We hear and understand shareholder frustration, but remain mindful of commercial risks of progress updates. Anything we say to our SH will be seen by people they are negotiating with! News is always released as early as possible.

Nom, of course it is non-binding at this stage until they have the readies and then can go back to pen to paper.

The terms of payments has already been indicated if you go back to 2.11 RNS:

“Subject to successful market authorisation, the potential value of the deal would be in excess of US$61M plus royalties for the first cancer indication alone. Each oncology indication successfully developed to by TheoremRx will generate up to $37.5M of additional value to ValiRx. The proposed deal structure comprises payments on signature of the Licence Agreement plus fees and near-term milestones totalling US$2.2M before the end of 2023, milestones on further clinical and commercial development events, and royalties. The first payments are expected by the end of 2021.“

Its a matter of whether your think THX can make the financing. Suzy for one is super confident (so l am) and has been true to her word since appointment, albeit unforeseen circumstances have stretched the timescale somewhat here with THX.

I think patience is in order as it has already been stated that Covid and the Ukraine situation has delayed matters.

I’d welcome news early but be prepared that an update might not arrive until next month.
