You have nothing to prove 7b exists and the only one who states they have to issue an RNS. The FCA state they do not (subject to the requlations) have to respond to a false rumour (7b - but they have as above)). So once again your solution is simple - FCA or stfu

While an issuer may not be required to respond to a rumour that is false, when speculation or market rumour is largely accurate, it is unlikely that an issuer will be able to continue to delay the disclosure of inside information (see MAR Article 17(7) and note the FCA’s power in section 122G of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 to require an issuer to make public statements).

The issuer (CUSN) obviously believes it is in compliance. You state they have to issue an RNS.

Report it to the FCA or stfu - simples

RNS is only one method for a FTSE or AIM listed company to comply with the FCA requirement to RELEASE THEIR KEY NEWS via a Regulated Information Service (RIS) provided by a Primary Information Provider (PIP). RNS does not have a monopoly over UK regulated disclosures but is estimated to deal with over 75% of the UK market.

A PIP has to achieve standards set by the DTR as to how quickly and securely regulated information is transmitted, and whether it is disseminated to a sufficiently wide audience.

Apologies, but i do not think my post was uncivilised - blunt, perhaps? Having looked at some of your posts it seems that you might be getting caught up in the social media speculation that aiminvestor refers to rather than relying on what is stated in the RNS?

So you class the CUSN website as social media and infer that you do not trust it as you rely on RNS? If that is the case can I respectfully suggest you reconsider your position on this highly speculative share which will surely adversely affect your well-being? Investing in an AIM company that you do not trust is irrational?

There is no RNS on 7b as it (7b) does not exist - the latest information is stated in the RNS - if you have proof that they are being disingenuous then provide it if not please stop trying to mislead other investors

Read the first page of the last RNS - where do you get your info from? They havent even made the decision to go into the construction phase so you may want to come back in a couple of years?

I asked a question as to whether 7b ..where i can see no copy or responcse. It is something that has been raised on various social media channels and i wanted to know if it meant anything to the company . It has been used to suggest their is water ingress ..which i think has been covered by this rns. But wondered if 7b meant anything in the context of the project as i can find no reference.

I note that there have recently been references made to "7b" on certain share chat bulletin boards. To be clear, and for the avoidance of doubt, 7b does not exist and any such references are baseless and false.

This RNS provides the latest information with regard to the mine dewatering, which is progressing as planned.
