Have you not read the edison valuation form march - click the company research tab above. Morningstar have a fair value estimate of 67.552 and Edison circa 71-73.

The shares are illiquid as 6.04% held by directors & 82.3% by institutional investors - the buy backs get reported as either sells or unknowns and there is almost always a large trade when there is a buy back
