I don't think there will be any dilution without good reason. The stated intention has always been to pay for the expansion through cash generation, said again in the last interview.
My only business concern is Duferco s CLN and the current share price, although I suspect there will be news on this, or the company settles in some other way this negating the issue.
If not and there is a raise at current levels then I will be mighty pi55ed and my otherwise very high opinion if the board would be trashed. If there is a raise to refit Vanchem within 12 months to supply Eskom and other contracts sooner, that is a different matter entirely.

E plant delays... one of my points... why delayed? Can easily be read as little interest after the "100s interested parties"... I personally do not believe this but can see why others would, I think we are in Eskoms timetable and that is the only game town we want to play presently, but that is my guess because we know nothing about BE officially other than them being " a market leader" or what ever it is on the website front page.

Not sure I buy a non answer re leaving AIM as meaning something is happening. Was it Tils who just RNSd the intention to so I dont see it as particularly sensitive to just say what you are planning.
The company is great, the board are doing a great job but in my opinion they are not selling it well, I have said this many times. It is a complicated story and there are too many gaps allowing speculation, therefore concern, therefore manipulation/abuse.
The quiet parties we are dealing with...YD, the mysterious VIP partners, the percentage BMN holds in the VIP etc no even mentioning the CLN notes which worry me greatly now.
I am sure there's a plan and its probably great but I do not wish to trust my investment which is significant for me to luck and trust, I want clear information on simple things which seem easy enough to state but for sone reason get missed out of releases. Clearly I am not the only one otherwise we would not be in this situation as the market simply cannot be trusting BMN otherwise buying would outweigh the selling...simples.
This is my only criticism, the deal making and progress is amazing but it needs selling better probably due to AIM being used to dealing with much poorer calibre of company so trust is not given automatically.

You see it a lot to be honest.
In the modern age where everything is automatic I can see no reason for any adjustment to be required, a trade is a trade no.. however there are so many complicated instruments and processes on the market it would not surprise me if there was a legit reason, however it should not be pinned as that distorts the picture of the days trade no matter what you argue.
Nothing will happen with the FCA but if enough noise is made with BMN and Angel then maybe...
Or not most likely, if noise is made they may just double down and really F around, just be cause they can and know they will get away with it.
