I am sure someone is expecting the sp to fall, probably due to Duferco being paid in shares.
I truely hope there is a plan in place as the Entity with apparent power over he share price will likely decimate it with the dilution if they really do have a massive naked short running.

Sp has been decimated as the market does not believe. I personally do believe in what they are aiming for which is why I hold, however several long term holders have moved out for what ever reason and even the great BBN was very critical of the last interview that said the same years old stuff again with out any BE detail. I still regard the communication as the only poor element of how the company operates, too much is done keeping investors in the dark.
I imagine we will get a lot if info in one go. If we move to the main market more detail will be expected I feel.
There are many negative human traits in addition to impatience.

Not me Alfa but there are enough queries due to the amount of things going on with no updates thus far, many choose to see that as a negative, perhaps the market does overall hence why we are where we are sp wise with no counter from the company.
Who Is in the consortium, would be nice to know who we are partnering with?
What is our percentage ownership of Enerox?
What is the nominal fee?
How are the CLNs being repaid, cash or shares?
What happened To the battery test at Eskom, we presume it passed all test but was it actually accepted by Eskom (It may be me being hazy on this one)?
What other opportunities are BE looking at or is it just Eskom?
When will the mini grid be ready and using what componentry? Had a long time to finalise this one and I see no reason they could not say we intend to use Enerox or Invinity units Once deal finalised

I believe there is nothing untoward but I also have no evidence and still feel the company could communicate the process better with one or two lines of update to give us all a netter picture of current standing.

If it's not ready dont talk about it but also if you will be unable to talk about it layer dont mention it in the first place, the market generally sees silence as a bad think and prices accordingly. All in my opinion

Why not mail the company Pat48 maybe if enough people do they will get the hint we would like to know what is actually happening. They clearly have a plan and are executing but do not explain enough to the market= allows doubt and manipulation.
