Duferco will either be cash, finance or shares. Interestingly if it is shares then yes there is 3% dilution this year or somewhere like that but this is well within the current trading range so I doubt anyone will notice. However the interesting point is that I doubt Duferco will want their shares to be worth less than the debt owed so are unlikely to dump them on the market forcing the price down, this may be a trigger for sp increases once the expected (...by some, I dont rule out an FM curveball like with the Enerox deal, that would be fun - yes) drag is released- food for thought. Or FM may go for finance as they seem to have no problem raising from banks at present and I have no issue with some debt to grow the business.
Either way the business is in a growth phase with fingers in many pies and has coped well with Covid and will come out stronger with much higher capacity and most likely a whole new arm of the business to make money from.

What if a 'deal' has been done with a third party to acquire shares and then Bushveld will announce purchase in one go in October.... as said just thought and probably completely wrong but it wriggled into my mind yesterday and as we know, we are not told much and this would certainly not be broadcast. Could explain sustaned sp issues if the 500s are inter mm transfers or something else funny, I ams sure someone could engage one or two mms to keep price down while they acquire somehow:

Do they need to issue an rns before they have finished buying? You may see where I am going with this... twould be an almighty irony if the company were in fact buying shares bit by bit somehow in readiness for duferco payment. Highly unlikely but I love a good theory...not sure how that fits in with mr 500k however. Crap I know but just having a bit of fun :)

I agree with you Sanchez the future should be great but I refuse to accept that we can not be told more, even if just intent or headline anonymous conversations.
The BE website claims they are a leading supplier of Energy or the like, 250mw pipeline, not yet and we nothing to back that up, starting when? If I put a forecast in like that I would be crucified...
The problem is that trust is hard on AIM as many BOD have promised the earth to end up shafting shareholders in the end. Yes yes yes our BOD are different but the last 18 month sp tells moves tell a different story and it the lack of BOD response that irks so much. I do believe it will come good but I also feel much of the current position is self inflicted.

Enough from me today, I do not wish to be negative and have very high hopes for the future, I have enjoyed the debate as that is what I am personally attempting to test the situation from all angles.
