US markets picked up rapidly end of day.
We are way below asset value, value will return, I just wish we had a little help for certain quartets.

Watch my goldie go up and slice that in a couple of months and dump back in here if it going to be pushed down again. I can wait.... but looks like my top up will be a higher value than my holding which is really annoying, but an opportunity I suppose however I am sick of opportunities now :) oh well.

That theory is not really in shareholder interests as only one shareholder benefits and many could lose out as it is such a protracted time period. If the company know of this and did not offer an alternative??? We are in the age of ones and zeros why on earth would a 60m share sell need to be broken up into 250 and 500k lots if there is another entity to be transferred to???! The company could make a statement to calm the market if they wanted, we see no reason etc sos again who is being looked after?

Could still be a shorting mm knowing more shares are coming?

Golden Summit sell shares pushing price down in time for CLNs
Duferco aquire additional shares but intend to hold long term.
GS shares somehow sit in a pot / friendly entity/ BMN holding or the like and appear for JSE launch along with another raise to expedite expansion.
Possibly everyone involved wins bit sp supressed for extended time until JSE then pop.

Sensible comment tones77777, however we all said this a couple of years ago ;).
In time I am sure it will come good however, just hope its not always 5 years away, recent events suggest things may be coming to a head so there hope of a change in fortunes (ha) soon.

They are not updating the market, the plan is clearly not understood, as the buying would overwhelm the "selling". Market cap is below asset value, no one is going to buy in as the sp is on a string, the current situation is just confirming the fears around SA investment and all the risks it entails. And yet... silence!

The board are choosing not to react/comment... I have mailed very politely several times with no response and am thoroughly dismayed now. All will come clear, backs are being scratched no doubt. I really feel sad as I felt we as a business were above the AIM game to a degree but it seems not and there is no explanation I can think of that makes this look good, I have tried from many angles

If thats the case then how can it be legit if comment is to be avoided? IT STINKS!
