Why not just lift the price to encourage sellers who wont sell at this level, makes no sense?? Unless they really expect to acquire cheap shares from somewhere, they cannot be that dumb to continue, surely?

I actually mailed the company specifically 're the loan notes and whether the company would be paying back early to avoid dilution considering the sp performance for the last 18 months. No response sadly. It was not a whining mail, just asking that shareholders be considered as I doubt very much the current so was expected when the deal was done and dilution will effectively be double than when the deal was announced.
I also congratulated them on the performance of the business and the progress made...

Yes but that intimates vrfb volume is some time off as we will not be producing that additoonal 4kt volume for a fair while yet and a chunk of money needs spending first in order to do so.

I have been thinking about our customers and BMNs stated ambition to be battery supplier via electrolyte production. Ultimately more electrolyte = less V for traders and contracted steel market customers so I presume any customer supply contracts will need to be taken into account if/when capacity starts to turn to electrolyte production.
I winder what sort of conversations have taken place given we in theory do not yet have a start date for alternate outlets... might be a little delicate and may account fir the little public commentary re BE far perhaps?

This AM I am thinking looking at the 200k sell at the off and bid dip. Soon recovered without many apparent buys to soak the sell up.

Re the accounts BMN made a lot of money last year, they also spent a lot aligning the business with their acquisitions.

We have some accountants on the board who no doubt can add more.
