If that is the case Squirty then it is very hard to consider putting more money into BMN for the foreseeable. This may be the issue now, there is no real assurance that the SP will not be controlled ne hammered for the next 16 months or so especially if a powerful party has a serious interest in doing so. This may be FMs frustration, maybe they did not expect this, after all the Sp is less than 50% of what it was when the deal was done so currently there will be double the dilution (20% over 10%) when the notes are converted, which sucks as any rise once finally released will be hampered by the additional shares in issue.
I see that BMN can accelerate payment if they chose to but that 50% will still have to be in shares, so I wonder if the SP has been dragged down by 50% to ensure the original number of shares will be issued if they expect BMN to settle early.?
