I think the organised buying is also coming for SRA 737. Unlike the SD assets this cut its teeth going through Phase1/2 clinical trials demonstrating low toxicity and efficacy in Anogenital Cancer. I tend to believe that the huge share purchase by Barbara Klenke at Sierra is significant and related to SRA 737. Top scientific research in the Lancet, Nature and from the Cancer Research Institute on SRA 737 in combo with other inhibitors - with Paul Workman at CRI stating it was an exciting development which could form the basis of the next generation of cancer treatments. The re- negotiation of the contract agreement with Sierra to me indicates it will now proceed to further clinical trials either undertaken by Sierra alone or in partnership or by on licensing. We just need to be patient and not get rattled by fluctuations in the share price. Most long term holders are still here when they could even now cash out with a big profit. We have been through the tough times over the last ten years. Now is not the time to loose faith.

Just had another look at the shares bought between16.00pm and 16.30 pm on Friday 8th. It’s just short of £23,000,000. It may be more because I only have limited access to data. Lot looked like organised buying so let’s see if that continues tomorrow am.

Faxandtheinfinit- let’s not set the hares running here. As far as I am concerned Fadec is wrong in suggesting that SDC-01 might have the similar solubility problems as FLT Aurora. The latter was shelved because of an insurmountable problem whilst SDC01 is nearly ready to go into phase 1 with the application to be submitted by 31 March. Quoting from the AGM statement -

“For SDC-01 which is our next term focus, we conducted and completed initial toxicity studies in rodents demonstrating excellent tolerability and established its manufacturing process. In recent months, we DEVELOPED a new Formulation specifically designed to deliver higher exposure levels of the molecule, which we are now testing in additional toxicology studies with a targeted completion date early in the new year. Data from this study will form part of the planned Clinical Trial Appllication which we aim to submlit in the first quarter of 2021.

We will soon find out the result of the additional toxicology studies. Let’s wait for the company’s answer on this rather than an focusing on an off the cuff opining from a bulletin Board member.

I am no expert in the intricacies of share trading but been here long enough to know when new arrivals suddenly appear to cause uncertainty, the odds are we are on a winner. It’s simple, they realise that they have
missed the boat and will try anything to get the share price lower to make up for their lost opportunity. That’s fine by me - it’s a compliment to the massive potential of Sareum. The molecules are at the forefront of next generation treatments for Cancer and Autoimmune so let’s sit back and chill. It beats angst anytime.

Think it’s long odds on that SRA737 will not feature at the upcoming Bio conference. Any planning for the rollout of SRA 737 in the US will be set out by Sierra in an RNS in due course. Conferences do not get to hear commercial information ahead of shareholders and the markets.

Thoth - look forward to your view of the latest news re Parkinson’s disease as my
sister died with it two years ago. Terrible disease.. when the finger is pointing at over expression of TYK2 being responsible for a range of inflammatory diseases including Covid it is really interesting that NLR3P seems to be a culprit in Parkinson’s when normally it is vital in kick starting the immune response.

Maybe because they bought the wrong small molecules. If they had bought Sareum molecules perhaps the sky would be the limit. Lol

Machoman - SAR -20347 is protected by patents. But it is in the interests of the patent holder to allow access to research institutions, to enable new scientific findings to be discovered. That is why Scientific Papers like Nature papers have been referring to the exciting findings that SRA 737 used in combination with other inhibitors suggests an exciting way forward in the future treatment of a range of Cancers. It is informing Sierras future strategy on rolling out SRA 737 across the USA.

It’ s certainly going to be a very exciting ride over the next few months as we await for game changing news on SDC1801, SDC1802, FLT Aurora and SRA737.
