JV Partners will know all about the confirmation yesterday via RNS of "a helium discovery at Itumbula West-1" and the EWT data about a sustained helium flow. This is looking more and more like the biggest helium find in the world. These are the facts that have been announced by the company and signed off by the Nomad. The rest of the stuff being spun on here is just noise.

It's not a sell - it's a buy. Big money has been piling in to HE1 all day today on the back of the EWT news, prior to the mining licence. Once that has the green light a JV will be announced. The smart money is moving in.

All the factual information is in the RNS issued at 7am today. i.e. You wouldn't submit a mining licence application if you were not moving forward with the project. That's a fact. The rest o the noise today is just that, noise. If you believe in the HE1 proposition, sit back and relax.

Yes and don't forget that in August 2021 the company was valued at £170m compared to about £75m today. 3 years ago the valuation of £170 million was predicated on optimism. Since then that hope has become a reality with the discovery of huge levels of helium at Itumbula. We've had a "Mini-bag" here so far. Next to come is the "Mega Multi-Bag". e.g. similar to what happened at ARB, GGP, RKH, NCYT etc. As pe the RNS today we now have 20-30 wells at Itumbula. Which major player isn't going to want to buy in to this via a JV or takeover? This is massive news in the very scarce helium sector.

Yes, GGP multibagged X 63. Those that are invested in HE1 when the JV news arrives will be the ones that make the most from their HE1 shareholding. All the major helium players will know about the HE1 news today. It won't take long now for one or several of the big players to make their move. Watch this space.

Yes and when that JV news is announced we will be way over 10p a share. Remember GGP? When they signed their JV agreement with Newcrest the share price went from under 3p to over 35p. They became a Billion Pound business for a while. Same is likely to happen here, which is over X 10 of the current share price and mcap.

Yes, HE1 is big news in our industry. Just watch this share price really rocket when we get a JV or M&A RNS. e.g. GGP went from below 0.60p a share to over 30p a share. The same could be about to happen here with a JV with a major player such as Linde (market cap of £173.89 Billion). i.e. a billion pound JV, MOU or takeover would be small beer for them. There's also the likes of Exxon ($503 Billion Mcap) or Air Liquide (102 Billion Mcap) who could come knocking on the HE1 door now offering a MOU, JV or takeover deal for the helium discovery at the Itumbula West-1 well on the back of this final incredible EWT data.

Yes, a JV or takeover will be on the way on the back of the news today. Linde, Exxon, Messer, APD, Siemens, Air Liquide, Helium24, Glencore or Trafigura could be getting their cheque books out very very soon. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see one of these major players doing a deal with HE1 now. All the major players will be watching developments at Itumbula West closely with a view to a JV with HE1 following this news today.

In summary and to follow up my last post these 2 posters were flagging up ROAD a while back as a multi-bag in the making when it was called Barkby (bark). Since then it's gone from 3p to 21.5p and is hovering around the 20p mark. The background to the big gain is that Roadside Real Estate is aiming to create a portfolio worth £250 million over time. They have £100 Million of equity at their disposal following the Meadow Partners deal. A couple of month ago they were talking up an investment pipeline in excess of £150 million. A MCAP of £29 Million today could become a £100 Million MCAP company quite quickly. A quick look at the share charts & you will see that this was in excess of 40p not so long ago when the ticker was BARK. Thanks guys. Credit where credit is due for some top notch research.

Yes, the next EWT news from HE1 is due any day now and the ML update is due by 17/9/24. These dates are all in the RNS. We are certainly on the launch pad this week. Not long to wait now.

We are just waiting for the full EWT confirmation and follow up ML. Not long to wait on both. The second part of the EWT update looks inbound within days and the ML update looks to be within the next 2 weeks. Enough said!

Yes, anyone who has built and sold a business or who understands M&A transactions will know that it is not the salary that counts but the share options / shares held that makes the BOD wealthy! They will have good leaver / bad leaver status attached to them too. A lower salary means nothing. That's prudent imo. It's the end game of a much higher share price (for us all) that is the driver for a BOD re share options, be it a JV or takeover. i.e. LB's 68.5 Million shares at 10p would be a win win for the CEO - and for us too.

A X10 gain soon is not unreasonable when you factor in that HE1 is a company that has recently announced near-continuous helium and hydrogen shows were measured whilst drilling. You can't get much better than that. All eyes are on the next EWT announcement. Afterall, GGP became a £Billion pound company for a while on the back of its big news as did RKH. Plus as others have pointed out just look at ARB to see what momentum in a share price can deliver for the astute investor. HE1 is certanly at the tipping point where a x 10 could happen quite quickly on the back of positive news. i.e. 1.4p today could be 14p within weeks.

Yes, as you quite rightly point out HE1's Itumbula really could be the biggest helium find in the world. Don't forget that helium measuring up to 10.4% has already been recorded by HE1 recently. Commercial production typically requires helium concentrations between 0.04-0.35%. HE1's 7.6% flow rate at the Itumbula is therefore huge and helium measuring u to 10.4% is huge. The good news is that the next EWT news from HE1 is imminent and should be RNS'd very soon.
