All the significant helium offtakers and industry bigwigs will be up to speed about HE1's "commercial discovery at Itumbula". They will be waiting to sign a deal when the ML is approved. Therefore, your 10p a share prediction is likely to be eclipsed when the ML /JV news breaks as the share price will go through the roof. i.e. HE1 will become a Billion Pound + company in due course with a share price to match its global success and standing as one of the premier Helium producers in the world. Yes and big pharma will be watching with interest how the first human trial goes in Texas ready with a partnership / licencing deal. i.e. Now that we are a clinical player this is the time when big pharma normally steps in to finance a trial. If the initial data from patient number 1 is as good as we expect - and have been led to believe over the last few years re the science - the deal could be in the multi millions. HE1 has done the spade work and now that it's proven to be a commercial discovery a JV will be next. The ML being granted is what we've all been waiting for. We are nearly at that point. International wealth funds and the likes of Linde, Exxon, Messer, APD, Siemens, Air Liquide, Helium24, Glencore, Trafigura etc will then be able to bid to be part of the HE1 JV. i.e. We are not that far off something like this happening. The share price will then go through the roof and 20p a share then comes in to play as HE1 becomes a Billion Pound + company. Watch this space.

1 Rukwa Rift Basin's structural and stratigraphic complexities provide an ideal setting for trapping helium, particularly within fault networks and folded sedimentary layers. These geological structures create natural reservoirs that can store helium-rich fluids over geological timescales

2 Radiogenic helium is being produced from the Precambrian rocks in the Rukwa Rift Basin and they’re composed of mainly granitoids, gneisses and granulites. The helium is being produced at a rate of 22 x 10-6 mol 4He/m2 yr (Ernest Malaya PhD, 2023 Durham University)

3 What that tells us is that since the rocks started to decay, they have been producing moles of helium at a rate based on a defined area each year. As we know the Tanzanian Craton and the underlying Proterozoic basement are in the region of 2.5 billion years old, the formula can be completed for a given area. Doing so gives a value of 825 trillion moles of helium. There are 1.26T moles of helium in 1 TCF helium gas. Therefore, since the decay started, 655TCF of Helium (normalised to sea level) has been produced in the Rukwa Rift alone
