@takecare - Ok fair point you question their viability, maybe you should research on Cayman Islands SPCs. Why do you think they invested cost and time in lawyers and than worked on overwriting the original agreement - all for a $100k? Why not walk out and say don't have money, no interested anymore. Why work on and sign a DA and begin assurance activity on their mining assets?

@takecare - QGP doesn't come good. How does that mean zilch for SH??? - We get 49.8% of the shares back...There will be legal repercussions to early termination to legally binding agreement, so I think your confidence is overstated.

Why do you think QGP will walk, what would have been their reasoning for investing time, effort and money in this relationship, if they never wanted it in the first place?

As for comments on going private. My initial research says 75% of shareholders need to vote in favour of de-listing. Gary and James own 20%. So unsure how they are getting to that 75% threshold. QGP if deal goes through have paid more than 50p per share, so not sure what advantage / purpose it would serve for them to go private...If they fall through Gary and James own 40%, we still hold 60%. So how are they going private?

@ppanchol - Let me also remind you Gary and James brought shares at a premium last year. When the SP was 3.5p both brought at 5p. Latest TR1s show they still hold those shares. RP never held 20% of VLRM shares at any point in his tenure. So that's telling of this confidence of where he thought VLRM would go.

James and Gary own 20% of shares in issue between them. If this goes tits up like some have alluded to on here, they lose out too. Jamie has invested a total of circa £4.5m in VLRM. I am sure he hasn't invested that amount for VLRM to go bankrupt....

@ppanchol, finally we are getting somewhere. So going back to your earlier statement - was it right for you to say RP raised at Premium when that wasn't the case with the CLNs?

Tell me what have QGP scammed from VLRM LOL?? - They lose all shares and warrants if they don't pass due diligence and fail to pay us in fiat for the coupon payments. We know they haven't sold any shares since Jan-26, so what are they scamming from VLRM???

It is not factual to say QGP deal is worth nothing...due diligence has not been concluded. The definitive agreement has not been triggered. Until either the due diligence is done or DA is overwritten by other means, QGP remain part and parcel of VLRM.

If you don't believe in VLRM, have no confidence in QGP and their relationship. Simple if you have shares sell out. If you don't have shares, go get a life :)

I understand the sentiment of a raise of 2p. I agree that is not the finest moment for the BoD. But this is not going bust or private. We do not have debt, owed to creditors. Gary and James have paid another £400k at 2p, I am sure that they haven't done that to lose money LOL.

QGP is a wait and see and rightly due diligence is taking time as it involves verification of significant asset value. No point us taking a load of VGold-Core tokens that have no underpinning value.

The BoD are aware they need to deliver. Revenues and outcome of QGP are key.

Taking a step back do the naysayers 100% believe QGP will not come good? Yes, there is a risk it goes tits up. But if it works out we have by the end of June $28m of VGold-Core tokens due to VLRM. The current MCAP at 2p is a joke in that scenario. Reward outweighs the risk. Additionally, we may get news on revenues from other sources including COIN GT. So those currently holding the choice is:

(1) Sell at a loss recover some capital

(2) Hold and potentially be rewarded

So lets await more news before speculating its game over etc.

Than how do you explain the CLNs we are got involved with (Yorkville), that destroyed the share price - Honestly, if you are going to post something please lay out the full facts! Those CLNs he got us involved in killed the SP and sentiment. It took us from 40p to 4p.

If you love Poulden invest in WSBN. Drilled two holes backend of last year, got DL to pump it. After 6 months results of those first two holes were they were Dudd LOL. Oh and he raised there at a premium LOL

@Sanboy - There are a number of elements that need to come 'true' and than I expect a re-rate. These include delivery of tangible revenues, a forward looking growth plan with key milestones, and the revised QGP deal to demonstrate value. The latter would ultimately re-rate the sp.

In effect the new agreement with QGP which is better than the original, makes a $200m bond accessible across the 5 years rather than at the end. The total value is held in escrow - and given quarterly. Demonstrate VGold-Core has tangible value I be shocked if this doesn't re-rate. That's what's been missing, the market needs to see the deal has real cash value. I like the fact due diligence is taking its time - always a positive sign.

I disagree the statements are off the mark. Clearly, its early doors and they are having initial conversations on some big deals. Gary was clear get one of these over the line we will be listing on Nasdaq. Lets take a step back and think surely its right to have a pipeline of revenue earning potential, and to explore larger deals. That's what we want as shareholders. Deals take time and effort, and clearly we are invested to get some of these opportunities over the line.

I make it no secret that once the audit is confirmed and we have the $200m as VGold-Core tokens and part initial coupon payment, I want VLRM to leverage and convert some of this to fiat. It will definitely add substance and in-still confidence the money is real.
