@Broke_holder - Yes I get the points you raise on $200m. But its RNS'd and accounts are not yet due. So its premature to call out the gremlins. VLRM have informed the market via regulated news flow we have entered into a finalised agreement for $200m MTN for 243m shares. That asset will sit on our books and we can leverage against it. So I am going by this information. Nothing to the contrary has been issued by the company, through regulated channels.

@crawshaw - I tell what I know. Is there a bunch of individuals on this board that cannot read an RNS :). So taking what they say with a BIG pinch of salt.

GG when it hits a £1 you will be still here screaming from the rooftops - That $200m deal is not going to happen! - Proven wrong once before. So the statement around Mensa needs to be taken with a pinch of salt, given your track record.

@willhi02 - You have a crystal ball and know the future WOW! 'The share price will not hit £1'. Nothing goes up in a straight line mate, get that right in your head. And I assure you the market will wake up to the opportunity here :). Not many small caps with $200m assets on the book valued at under £50m.

PP1 so the deramper police don't call it out. VLRM issued 243m shares for the $280m consideration. @willhi02 - you should not be investing if you cannot read and digest simple RNS information. The 30% additional shares is split between 20p to £1 price points! so if they reach a £1 sustain it they can issue the total 147m shares. I definitely wouldn't mind that at £1+ per share! I don't think many investors would. Fab incentive :)

I mean, for all the noise on this board about warrants, how many have actually been exercised in the last 12 months? The volume of shares in issue versus the number of warrants exercised is completely nonsensical. I recall 10m warrants being removed from Nick when he left. So the noise on warrants is unfounded to a large extent. This company with its current BoD have not had a huge volume of warrants exercised.

Tell me one thing? How many Small Caps have gone onto the main market without dilution??? - Even GGP one of the biggest success's stories in recent times diluted heavily to achieve what they had today! Don't like dilution, than don't invest in small caps! Simples...

Willy wonka and the chocolate factory - Everything is done at a point in time, this change i.e. variables. When they paid tha £10k it was their firm belief it was right thing to do. Now dynamics have changed, we have more shares in issue but also an asset worth $200m on our books. Plenty of MoUs that are likely to become partnerships. I trust in the BoD to do the right thing :)

I rather they used that £90k and brought a stake in another 'spoke' for their RWA ecosystem. Them paying the £90k has no relevance or relation to the QGP payment to VLRM. They are not related in any sense.

Not sure the deal has been priced in P/E is one measure. However, the better measure for VLRM would be NAV as they now have assets of $200m sitting on their books. These are not factored into the shareprice.

The market hasn't priced in the deal but its not like there is a massive sell off either (which is a positive). The price action is small traders just doing what they do best - trade. I mean take today for example we have circa 490m shares in issue, of which, 186k have been traded today. This trend is true for both buying volume and sells. There really hasn't been any significant volume in recent days.
