San - If there was a volume sell of on the 1.44% clause, it would need to be RNS'd via TR1 and secondly based on lack of buying you would expect an impact on sp travel which would unfortunately be a downward spiral. But I do want to reiterate, if QGP sell at these levels they would be at a loss. So no incentive for them to sell down here whatsoever. Why enter into a large financial deal to begin selling immediately. Why invest in the first place???

Similar??? - In what sense, stop chatting absolute nonsense. DMC deal £19m wherease QGP deal is $200m with 7.95% interest per annum for 5 years. DMC cash injection, QGP is a MTN which is backed by assets and generate $15.9m for next 5 years, before it matures and than VLRM receive $200m. I mean if you call that similar you need your head checking! And finally £19m vs $280m (QGP is a MUCH BETTER DEAL)

Going forwards the RWA space will have many companies / organisations competing for business. If its worth trillions and VLRM only get 1% that is still significant. So yes the likes of Citi etc have plenty to offer but so does VLRM. Look at all the gold miners and still many more joining the boat. Enough to go around :)

On a separate note, when will the negative crew put some positive points forward? Ok not a huge volume of buys currently but nor are their a huge volume of sells. Price is stable and the market will eventually wake up.

I feel its prudent to also state that the board seem quietly confident on a Nasdaq listing. We are short on annualised revenue requirements even with the QGP deal. So I have a suspicion they have a larger than life listing which will generate the £££s needed to see us apply via F-1. Furthermore, there is still news on a 10% strategic investor, and what's to say they don't pay premium money like QGP. I suspect that would be a cash transaction, which in essence will again support our monetary position and excite more investors that can relate to cash rather than MTN.

VLRM has more going for it, than most small caps. Look at the steady news flow and financial position we are in. Re-rate will come! The market will at some point wake up and smell the coffee!

Additional market exposure to over the seas investors can only be positive, even if the initial response is slightly mute. You are opening access to more buying and selling supporting liquidity. The current lack of movement doesn't necessarily mean there is issues with the deal. Taking a step back macro and tech sentiment is not helping. I also feel investors don't get RWAs. Investors are happy putting their money into gold mining companies, as they can relate. When the wider audiences begin to relate with RWA and what it offers it will boom! Look at Bitcoin stated off in the doldrums and few years later its gone to the skies (and back a little). Good things come to those that wait and are patient.

@Isthisacult - why would you hire a PI and ask people for a shady meeting - when you have no vested interest in a share? And why the hell would you pay for a PI? Crackers mate

I see the doom and gloom crew is active this morning. It’s another positive news story. An MoU is a good way of agreeing and aligning, working collaboratively to achieve outcomes. It’s a positive RNS, yes it doesn’t have £££ next to it but depending on what they achieve together it may do!

@Broke_holder - if you are not convinced Valereum is going places, you aren’t being forced to invest. Let others do their research and make their own investment decisions. We don’t need negative spiel all the time. We need balanced views. One of those views should be a a former small cap they have done extremely well to secure a finance deal that provide $16m of annualised revenue. I can name you many small caps that don’t generate a penny yet are valued on par with VLRM.

What questions do you have? We do answer the questions in a reasoned manner. Just that the answers are not liked. For example there is so much noise on the phenomenal $200m deal that’s been secured. There is doubts about its worth. What the company have done is revolutionary. they haven’t just taken $200m and put it on the balance sheet with no strategy. They have put that $200m straight to work earning them $16m per annum for the next 5 years. I mean what is not to like.

@takecare - any explanation why all and the other cohort only share negative points? Surely it should be balanced.

@Isthisacult - why you still hanging about if it doesn’t fill yoh with confidence. You only have one objective to scare new investors so that you can have a lower entry point. You’re 8p prediction didn’t pay off sadly 🙂

@Broke_holder - take a step back at think, you are a well respected and connected individual with key contacts and have been influential in terms of government level direction. Next you have a small company who have stated an intention to have you in the team as a No-Exec director. Would you jump in if you saw red flags, as you spent so much time and effort to gain that credibility??? - I doubt it. Matthew sees something in VLRM. Despite a blue day on Friday I am still surprised we didn’t rise higher. Look at ALRT no revenue to date, just great appointments in the top levels and it went from below a penny to 4p before dropping back, it still has a healthy market cap WITHOUT revenues. We have revenues ye our market cap isn’t too dissimilar to theirs. We have access to funds, we have a chairman that has pumped in £4m of his own money when this company was on its knees to get us to where we are today. You should take a balanced view when responding. There are so many positives. And upto now when we were a small cap which I don’t consider we are anymore, we had so many good comms and have stakes in some key companies that support our development of an RWA ecosystem. Just focusing on two directors that don’t have a lot of information on the internet doesn’t mean alarm bells should be ringing.

@Broke_holder - I do understand some of your points. But a whole set of legal people have reviewed the finite details. We all know when lawyers get involved nothing is quick as every small detail is criticd. Anyhow, clearly Pieter is MD of QGP and now a Valereum director, so we will get to know about him. The deal would not have passed had they doubts about the financial standing of QGP. Jamie for one wouldn’t have diluted his shareholding for some shady characters. Why would Matthew join the board as non exec director if he felt the board and what they are trying to achieve is questionable. His CV is more than impressive and he doesn’t need VLRM we need him. So he must like the board and the proposition put to him. I doubt he would want his credibility questioned.
