VLRM has recently secured $280m for 49.9% of the company i.e 243m shares. We also have access to $1bn funding for M&A activity. This small cap has done wonders. Lots more news to come. If you look at all the RNS over last 6 months very good news flow and communications to shareholders. Ignore the naysayers. Sit behind alias's and bad mouth a very good investment.

Yes SP always drops when warrants are issued, but its up today :). We have churned through the warrants within one week! Secondly, the shares in issue has gone up BUT over 50% is in very sticky hands. You keep forgetting 243m shares are with private institution who paid $280m for them! So they paid over 50p a share!

Why don't you ask? As you seemingly have an issue over a mere 2m warrants when 488m shares on issue. Small pickings.

Our CEO has indicated more news on the horizon, we are kept well informed as investors. Across AIM that’s is not the case most of the time. So news flow, armed with exposure and future M&A I can see us £1+

My personal take is that the market sentiment is not supporting the tech sector. Take the Microsoft dive and what’s happening in Crypto into consideration. Secondly, I believe this would fly in an instance with US investors as they appreciate the sector more than UK retail investors. Irrespective of the advisor, they have legal liabilities and won’t want to lose licence and go through courts if they fail to do the proper due diligence. OTC listing and further marketing and promtion will drive this higher. The lack of buying volume and circa 1m warrants are not helping. But I don’t expect that to forever be the case. If you look at historic price movement, when VLRM moves it moves apace!
