If you had any sense of maturity you would come out on the TG, say look i am GG and I don't believe one bit in VLRM. @takecare - Private institutions have billions invested and not easily traceable - HENCE they are PRIVATE. Furthermore, we have been provided via legal transaction $200m of MTN, so they definitely have deep pockets.

Well @Isthisacult if it goes 50p plus even SH are quits in! And I don’t believe James has invested £4m of his OWN money to see it at just 50p. Any company that has access to a $1bn shouldn’t be valued less than a £1. Especially when you only have less than 500m shares in issue

AI has its limitations. If you read through RNS over the past year you will see we have minor strategic stakes in companies working in the RWa space, sale of our shares in London Bitcoin and all the other cogs of the wheel. Now you can say the RNS are not true and if you are than evidence to the effect of legal challenge can be mounted. I have confidence the board that are heavily invested have done their due diligence on the largest transaction on aqse and that they have a clear roadmap to deliver value for shareholders. The fact the market hasn’t priced in all the news is only matter of time. I expect on coming weeks more revenue announcements and a substantial re rate of the sp. As the current levels make no sense. We have had private institution invest $280m and make $1bn available. If right now we were a gold mining company with those numbers we would have been north of £1. What I really like about this deal is that the company and its h are de risked from dilution to move at pace and deliver.

In the RNS on forward strategy it clearly states : Valereum has received the USD 200 million principal amount of institutional-grade, senior-secured Qualified Medium-Term Notes (QMTN). So we have $200m sitting on our books now which should be visible on the next accounts alongside in March the first interest payment of circa $4m. Why would James and lawyers issued the 243m shares if they hadn’t receive the funds?

Also if they sold at current levels the 1.44% they would be selling at a loss. They are not in profit until we are north of 50p at least

I don’t get why individuals are so fussed about the private institutional investors that have purchased 49.9%. James our Chairman who has invested £4m of his own money to get us to where we are and majority shareholder would have 100% done his DD, as if it wasn’t right he wouldn’t have allowed them to hold 49.9% of VLRM. Even if they off loaded 1.44% per month we would still be quids in financially. MoU is clear and irrespective of what you others think remember not many companies listed on AIM or Aquis have sold 50% of the company for $280m and secured an approval in principal for $1bn. We are not talking small numbers and we are essentially saying no MORE dilution for SH. Staggering how people can see negatives to this

Unsure about GATE, and that was Nick's baby before he left. However, an institution fund was happy to provide $280m of funds for 49.9% of the company - AND give access to $1bn for further M&A activity. They won't have done that on empty promises I assure you. Valereum provide an RWA marketplace, platform provided by Digishares which the regulator has approved. We also have a minority stake in Digishares among others and now and MoU with injective. We are key part of the COIN GT which is a key project in EL Salvador, and we have a healthy pipeline of RWA opportunities. Don't forget we have a DASP licence in EL Salvador! - So I don't feel your comments reflect on the reality of what VLRM has to offer

@Isthisacult - Are you stupid may I ask? How are you going to see the $280m on the books when the latest accounts have not been released. Name me a share where the chairman has invested in £ms at rock bottom, not sold and is delivering shareholder value! Exactly you an I both know you are commenting because VLRM is such a great and investable company :)

I think you need to educate yourself on what a pyramid scheme is! Getting people in early to make money is beneficial, its thier choice to depart with their money and invest. Your like a bad smell can you just take your bum chum GG out of here. Close the door when you leave please :)

Couple of saddo's that are not invested trolling the stock! Funny how you have so much time to put down a stock you are not invested in. We are all adults and I assure you we can make our own decisions without the need for your c**p telling us what to do.

Market usually prices in potential rather than what the latest numbers are - in particular this is the case for the tech sector. So RNS to say $200m and $16m per annum across 5 years equates to circa $280m for 50% of the company. So at 100% without other revenue / assets etc a 100% in accordance with this deal is $560m. In is circa £400m. With circa 490m shares in issue, accounting for the latest warrants being exercised we should be in 80p region. That's very simple high level overview. So current sp is not truly reflective of the deal and dilution in entirety.

GG - Time is not far where you will eat your own words! Not all PIs understand what RWA is and what it means. When they do I can guarantee you the dial will shift faster than you can post :)

Aside from the points below today we have signed a MOU with Injective - I would you your research on who they are and what they do. Lets just say they are not small fish!
