It’s this massive credibility issue which is really holding us back Bob as otherwise we would rise with production potential and funding even with this bond issue in play.That’s why the j.v signing is so vital as then there would be concrete belief in the markets that he won’t just sp/-k it all away -Again.A good upfront payment allied to production increases would give confidence that Bonds could be bought back over the coming rather than seeing more and more dilution.

Good question Tiburn.All I know is that any terms offered by one of the 5 Banks Copl were allegedly involved in talks with as far back as last June must have been extremely onerous .Makes you think if that was just normal ceo bluff and noise or maybe his ‘legendary’ that’s the way or no way stance in negotiations got in the way as somebody along the line must have offered something re.Rbl which now would probably look like a really good offer in the context of the present Banking environment and situation.He does tend to have a penchant for shooting himself in the foot which is an unfortunate consequence and by product of that innate arrogance and narcissistic persona trait.Seen it in operation far too many times.We’ll never be privy to the facts as that would provide far too much transparency.Perhaps they wanted way too much input and accountability which really is not in keeping with his near dictatorial way of working lol.Atb Base.

Let’s get this j.v show on the road and illustrate this company can be run properly with their influence and input required to provide confidence and gravitas and credence to the story moving forward which the present management ( basically A.M and his personal whims and nuances)have sadly eroded. Market cap hugely disproportionate to assets and potential production increases and all in the good old USA.The only way is up from here but need that kickstart to provide necessary validation and credence which I’m pretty sure is incoming.Just my take.

So the question has to be why does Milholland keep ‘feeding’ said small bondholder/market affiliate directly or indirectly who can’t wait to convert .Or does that bring into play some rather ‘murky ‘ goings on which the market and its affiliates would prefer left unanswered with no provision or wish for transparency.Jber would appear to be intrically interwoven in this continuing seemingly never ending saga.

Hi Bob.I’m one of the lucky ones as sold much of my holding after Atomic acquisition in the 30’s having picked up cheap stock when Admin really did loom with Milholland advancing the company a small loan to keep the lights on.I’d been underwater for years with the Nigeria fiasco and thankfully banked some good profit eventually after as I say years of frustration.Expect to do the same again and will add again and again at these levels due to the asset and its location but that isn’t really the point.The point is peeps today.have the same concerns and innate dissatisfactions and discontent as then aka no transparency, incredibly poor comms and a seeming total contempt and disregard for the pi position and their hard earned investment.And please before anybody points out he is a pi as well just take into account his huge salary earnings over these years -amongst other things.That I believe has been a throw away smokescreen.The main point is is that he is universally distrusted to proceed with a straight bat on all shareholders behalf and if any of the Art ( as if he’s a friend lol) is misrepresented and a cool wheeler and dealer who couldn’t have done things differently and is doing his best for all stakeholders pipe up i point to the time in 2017 when he stated via interview that there was no placing incoming and the following day a placing was announced via Rns. to which once again pi’s were not privy if my memory serves me correctly.That is the historic credibility of the man.A good negotiator and sly old fox is our Art I’ve heard it said many times-yep he certainly is for his and only his own benefit and for getting his own way and no other way as Copl is his and his alone in his eyes to do as he sees fit as per the narcissistic nature trait.Its not tho is it.J.V involvement is the only way forward for this coming good and why I had re-taken a fair position over the past number of months and I re-iterate it will eventually come good with all that oip in America but please do not think that the animal you are dealing with has any innate moral accountability or sensitivity to the average pi’s position which his actions or lack of have inflicted.True to say that without him there would be no asset, no Copl et all but the reality I’m afraid is he’s an operator of great experience who suckers the pi in ( including myself) with just enough promise of great things about to evolve from minnow status which up to now could only be construed as essentially misleading as he potentially transfers shareholding and power into preferred hands at your expense.Just my view.A. After a nice few hours out enjoying the sunlit Gower with a nice spot of lunch thrown in I return to find this has dived even further ffs.Total lack of any explanation , clarity or real information on any front from our revered leader a given but this has now surely become a merciless ongoing attack and debacle on his pi shareholders holdings which even a sensitive soul like he can’t surely keep ignoring (or in fact fuelling) by his continued ‘silence’ on so many fronts.We know he doesn’t give a flying but he does have a responsibility to act in all shareholders best interests including pi’s lol.There is basically no trust or credibility left towards him universally which has now become a major ongoing problem for those invested .

Which is exactly why Milholland should be held accountable as the Architect of this present sp fiasco by not attending to the pretty obvious looming liquidity and covenant issues before Christmas when it could have been done at a far higher level.It is both insulting to existing pi’s intelligence and disingenuous to blame a few weeks of bad weather late December going into January this year for where we are today.Makes one wonder if he was ‘happy’ to facilitate the huge drop in the short term for reasons only really known to him and maybe a few others of course lol.I re-iterate the only way ordinary peeps will see proper value here is a proper j. v entity coming on board and running it with proper governance re fiscal decisions rather than on personal choice and whim aka the local one man band skip company ( that is probably an insult to them lol) No Atomic,No billion barrel oil find no Copl without his undoubted ability to identify, negotiate and no doubt ultimately develop an oil field moving forward but I really look forward to the day when his input is basically limited to oil issues and technicals and all else is covered and placed into hands of a professional modern entity.Only then will we gradually move forward in the manner the undoubted huge assets in play merit and demand.Right enough ramblings from me off out to enjoy the weather.All just my take btw.

What we need is an Rns which clearly states where we are with alleged production increases rather via second hand detective work aka flaring hearing and proper company projections from the ceo on where this will stand in three months time etc and what works have and will commence to ascertain that with this funding in place.Not Rocket science but a little transparency to pi shareholders not in ‘his loop’ without treading on any Nda agreement re. potential j.v negotiations would be a start of improving the dismal comms and never ending ‘smokescreens’ sent out by Milholland.

Any realist here would not be patting Milholland on the back for sailing far too close to the wind re banking covenants after the purchase of Cuda leaving little scope for any production problems and failures which in fact materialised.Basically he was asleep at the wheel ( by design maybe?) failing to secure necessary funding in the 16-19p area some months back whilst making positive sounds about an Rbl which has undoubtedly punished the pi down to these derisory levels.The good news is these levels are now pretty much a floor and it presents a good opportunity to add and take a good position ahead of a glut of hopefully positive news incoming on production and j.v in the coming months.That is no consolation however for those who were buying with confidence in the 16- 19p range and have no further funds to increase their holdings dramatically and I have much sympathy and empathy for them as they were fundamentally mislead.What you can unfortunately guarantee is the Architect of the present pi position couldn’t give a flying and won’t be losing any sleep,taking any responsibility or providing any transparency in exactly how we ended up here.Oh yeh-bit of bad weather lol

Or as the Architect of this present fiasco by his prolonged procrastination in dealing with this obvious incoming potential liquidity issue and penchant for over playing his hand in relation to the company’s financial status he could do the honourable thing and provide the company with an interest free million dollar loan to cover present covenant issues for 3-6 months and until increased production levels kick in and Copl is cash flow positive and all going concern issues covered.He has fundementally misled peeps and the market to date re.Rbl and J.V status and this be a great show of belief in the Copl story and its prospects moving forward and give a huge thumbs up to his pi investors and be very favourably received.It’s not as if he can’t afford it and as he runs the company as such an individual entity and in a my way or no way basis I re-iterate an honourable way of redeeming where his mismanagement has placed many pi’s unnecessarily.

Agreed was never going bust However, let’s not forget that our revered leader has once again allowed the company to be pushed into a corner and have the share price dessimated by allowing the going concern narrative to overtake all else through poor management, planning and lack of further explanation to market of the early Feb Rns.Still to date and nearly two months on we have no real transparency of where we exactly are and another Rns fudge delivered yet folks are strangely upbeat.The going concern fiasco has guaranteed a really low bar here by Milholland as everything as per norm has been drawn out timescale wise beyond reasonable timeframe and shouldn’t be forgotten by peeps.The only mitigation will be a massive J.V or takeout!!

Probably in the process of closing their own or a spread bet affiliates short positions at these basement levels without getting burnt the evil cents knowing some good news is incoming- solely because they can.Whilst the people creating a market are allowed to take long and short positions simultaneously a fair and level playing field can never prevail.Lse part of the mix by allowing envoys to monopolise the boards and create sentiment which aligns to maximising these taken positions.Total abuse at work.

I think expecting a 50 percent cut in any J.V moving forward is being overly optimistic.Let’s pay off our debt with a reasonable cash upfront sum and then be pleased with anything above 25 percent with 40 percent the probable max we could hope for.That would leave our partners in charge thankfully with Milholland sidelined to an honorary advisory role which would be a win win for all.Just my take.Let’s hope the narcissistic one is not playing too much hard ball re.Percentages and his position in any new entity lol as as per norm it does appear to be running on and on.Time for him to dust down his ego and at times questionable market leanings and negotiate the best outcome for his long suffering pi’s as well as all other entities at the table.
