He’s rammed the sp down to junk status whilst tugging on a Bondy’s c——.Nothing else to add and sums up albeit rather crudely the state of play pretty much.Would be interesting to find out exactly who these alleged ‘periphery’ Bh’s are and whether there are any links if any nature indirectly to those sitting at the very top table of this company seemingly so happy to issue confetti to anyone rather than a pi..Cynical moi? Will never happen of course as smoke and mirrors and zero transparency always a given when A.M at the helm..Let’s just hope a j.v of any standing sidelines him to pretty much ‘junk status’ and minimal influence moving forward so that the pi may be allowed to join in the fun and be treated equitably and even god forbid prosper.

Bonddisaster.Remember the interview with A.M puffing out his chest and stating how lucky and privileged we were that we had been approached by said ‘cornerstone saviour ‘ in order that the company Could grow and develop.If course they approached us bearing false ‘gifts’ and ‘Foolsgold’ which would enable them to ‘have us over’ , cane it and muller the s.p af will in memorium.And he kept going back for more and more.I still contend a Bridging loan for a few mill involving himself ( I’m sure he has a mill or two sloshing around) and a few Hnwi ‘s to get us through the last few months with its obvious challenges until j.v a definite would have been far far preferable to this perpetual death spiral even if they’d all just sat in their huts cowering from the snow keeping the lights on and done sweet F.A .Pretty much the case anyways it would seem lol.It is what it is but he’s saddled us pi’s with a very very big mountain to climb irrespective of news whilst the favoured few reap hay in every direction no matter what happens.Atb all genuine holders.

Always remember many pi’s of little experience will have been totally spooked by these goings ons and may not have the funds or basic gazoolas to average down.Many who have lost many thousands and have averages in the 20’s/30’s and who maybe are battling the cost of living crisis et all and changes in circumstance may be suffering from anxiety and depression as a direct result of this ongoing sc—M and total insensitivity to the ordinary pi ‘s position inflicted from those at the top of this company.One thing you can count on A.M and his totally inept Finance officer wont give a flying or give them a second thought or glance.True its a fact of life that not all stakeholders are treated with parity in this game but it is just so so out of kilter here it’s just plain ridiculous and insulting.Been going on on a daily basis for a long time as well.

It’s pretty obvious that simplistically the longer the potential J.v deal drags on the bondholder converters benefit at the expense of the pi and I agree that a full on auction/sale should be implemented if no completion by end of May.If the assets, oip, carbon capture et all are as huge as we have been informed they are then with the location, infrastructure and proximity of so many majors there should be no shortage of interest.Move it all on to the highest bidder.

Anybody who is in denial that this is an orchestrated attack on the pi position by our revered leader and his preferred insider ‘friends’ and cohorts who benefit hugely at these bargain basement level conversions is frankly deluded.Yes the company has to grow but pi’s constantly being in third class steerage below decks on this Titanic ship of financing is pretty demoralising and tedious.Would love to know who these entities converting actually are and their company associations but of course that will never happen as openness and transparency never an option here.Wonder why?Not sure if The One so clearly looking after our interests so comprehensively and treating all stakeholders on a level playing field is even still drawing breath after basically being missing in action for 6 months.Unfortunately and perhaps correctly many have more trust in the integrity of their local second hand dealer than this Beaut who offers nothing in comms other than sweeteners to those within his orbit.Still a buyer in small batches but it never had to be like this war of attrition for the humble pi imvho

Nobody has been more scathing about our Revered leaders dismal and imo unnecessary activities re.Bondholders and ongoing disregard for the pi position here.Basically he has no desire or volition to treat both entities equally and on a level playing field which allied to the appalling comms has proved in general pretty devastating for most ordinary folk taking a position and their investment standing.However, as someone who has been involved in this game for more than thirty years I would be more than reticent to instigate any ‘class action ‘against the excising board whether merited or not Fundementally , it rarely ends well-I give theNew oil and gas saga as a prime example and usually creates further belligerence and entrenchment from those under attack and in this case could ultimately result in this being taken private.All a bit of a waste of time and money and not really the time with Copl potentially unless we are informed otherwise allegedly on the cusp on a number of fronts-yep sh—te comms again but could all be close!! Just my take -but be careful what you wish for.

Everyone should in the coming weeks alert market abuse of their continued malevolent input and influence here. As I stated in my post earlier 10p is hardly ramping and is still a pi—-as poor sp still priced for failure after being brutally culled by our honourable friends by over 60 percent in ‘going concern’ issues which no longer prevail.If you think a Mcap of 30 odd mill is a rampathon with everything we have allegedly got going on and make comparisons to other junior oilers mcaps and resources then I think you really do need to re-evaluate what is potentially on offer here my friend.
