The share issue is just over 650 mill with it almost tripling in just over a year since April 2022.That’s why it is in the pi’s interests for the ceo to get a shift on and get the j.v over the line pronto as as the months roll on we are prone to further and further dilution via his abysmal Bond Conversions fiasco.Simples really.His’ holding put’ for slightly improved terms and conditions is not in our interest unless you are looking very long term.There must be acceptable ‘ball park’ conditions, financials and perimeters well in place by now.
