Not really confusing.They are highly dilutive to the pi on an ongoing basis and have been used by Millholland as a means of transferring any future benefits and rewards on j.v news et all disproportionately and firmly into the hands of ‘the chosen few’ .It’s not as if he hasn’t been aware of the manipulation and effect yet…..Don’t get me wrong I’m a buyer around these levels but the base line toward true value has been decimated by this crass biased action by A.M.Hopefully, a transformational J.v can at least propel this back into the 30-40p range but it could have been so so much better.
