How is the market likely to react to this 4p floor though?

The markets are reacting irrationally all of the time on a daily basis. People will hop between shares these days.

There will always be warrants and dilution to consider at this stage, but ultimately if the assets, method and backing are there, Altona is an attractive proposition.

With some juniors, dilution can outpace increases in Market Cap and gains in share price severely constrained. However, at Market Cap £14million, hopefully all being well and progressing as indicated, Alona must be one of the better speculative shares on offer that can ride out dilution and placings over time.

Furthermore, the Board confirms that, further to the announcement dated 6 May 2026 entitled "Growth Capital Facility", the facility with Zeus has not been utilised to date. The facility is intended to support the Company's growth objectives for the benefit of shareholders, and no shares have been sold under the agreement.

The Board further confirms that it is its instruction and expectation that any future utilisation of the facility would be undertaken at or above a price of 4 pence per share.

Hopefully correct upwards towards 4p now.

Ultimately, is £14 million MV today increasing or decreasing over the next 6, 12, 18 months?

How many shares will be in issue by then

Zero shares sold here. Many assumed that "miracle" US funding was going the source of cash, and nothing else. Whatever the case, the share price has rightly tanked today , but unfairly to this extent and will recover.

Bit of a blow receiving this dilution announcement, separate, and one day later than yesterday's news. "Fair value" 8.9 pence, Zeus.....? Very unfair and conflicting, perhaps?

It appears there may be legal action against them (Almonty). Never mind. Stick to SML and TUN ...

Has anyone amongst you tungsten investors (and champions of) come across the imminent IPO and Canadian float (and production) in South Korea (Pure Tungsten). Seeking to become the largest western Tungsten producer at Ssangjon Mine in South Korea, plus Maykhura Project in Tajikistan(!!!).

I have no connection to this, but would be interested to hear any thoughts or evaluations of these projects .
