I've been in and out of OMI for over two years, can some one tell me when Newmont plan to do some mining? Is there a date pencilled in for this? I've seen that they are paying the annual rights, but this is the only income at the moment.
After hours RNS for a placing at 8p just before Xmas you couldn't make it up! I dont reckon the sales for the product (if it ever gets commercialised) will achieve much as they dont have a USP or a competitive advantage on OTC remedies. Yes it is topical but big deal, I think half of the results were positive because it involves application to the head of the ***** and they still only had 60% success rate with placebo. IMO its all one big flop! I'm sure LO will forward sell too. Looking forward where is the catalyst for 30-40p? Wont be until end Q1 2020 until US approval. Any new/other products in the pipeline? Agree with Hawkhead, final nail in coffin. Only worth buying if you're prepared to trade it back and forth from 6/7p to 11p for next few months. GLA.
I remember investors waiting 3-4 years for BP licence to be finally signed, once it did the share price only rose about 10% and quickly same day (hour) got sold into and finished flat.... that was 4 years in waiting for the big carrot! I see the diamonds news doing the same, maybe a 20% rise but a quick sell off. With no news since September when diamond signing was originally planned, think the share price will drift to 0.18p or lower before some more jam news (like recent video clips and pictures of BP). So many other companies to invest in on AIM without high geo-political risk of Zimbabwe and BOD that continuously fail shareholders. AP is just using VAST as a vehicle to extract cash from shareholders for BP and Blueberry mines (which he owns a personal interest himself out of Vast Group) off the ground, meanwhile picking up a £130k+ annual salary. Instead of raising $15m why not sell a % of the mine to an investor /fund and not keep diluting shareholders, now at 11 billion shares!
anyone know why sp has just dropped nearly 20% today on no news? Is it anything to do with results due on phase 3?
Rubbish, AIM rules says:
When a person or group acquires interests in shares carrying 30% or more of the voting rights of a company, they must make a cash offer to all other shareholders at the highest price paid in the 12 months before the offer was announced (30% of the voting rights of a company is treated by the Code as the level at which effective control is obtained).
When interests in shares carrying 10% or more of the voting rights of a class have been acquired by an offeror (i.e. a bidder) in the offer period and the previous 12 months, the offer must include a cash alternative for all shareholders of that class at the highest price paid by the offeror in that period. Further, if an offeror acquires for cash any interest in shares during the offer period, a cash alternative must be made available at that price at least.
If the offeror acquires an interest in shares in an offeree company (i.e. a target) at a price higher than the value of the offer, the offer must be increased accordingly.
The offeree company must appoint a competent independent adviser whose advice on the financial terms of the offer must be made known to all the shareholders, together with the opinion of the board.
How many shares did the ex CEO have? Maybe he's the one dumping.
Bobbilicious - where did you find that article from? Why post it? Are you trying to short RPT? Its just fake news.
Gone to auction first thing.??....hhhmmmm something is brewing, hope its good news.
ABLE - Totally agree. I stated the same thing back in Oct 2018. Said back then sp will go to 60p range. Check my previous posts. All I got in response was a load of negative replies saying I was shorting or deramping. Some people really dont like to hear the truth/facts. I had warned people back in Oct'18.
A company that has a market cap of £130m (was over £250m) and hasn't made a penny in net profit, doesnt justify a share price of 125p or anywhere near it. Sorry to say but like others, this is going to 50-65p. Also look at haydale graphene just announced today a placing at 5p current share price 23p.
Keeping my fingers crossed for an uplift very soon. Not much on twitter so suggest people tweet using relevant # tags to gain new investors. I noticed we are at an end of a long sideways wedge so hoping we break out of this any day now. Have tweeted graph if you want to see... search #omi #orosur
I'm very disappointed with lack of BOD actions in regards to the falling share price since share placing. I believe we are filling a gap up from 21-22 Dec 2016 and therefore need to drop to 3.38p before a bounce I hope.
Think shareholders need to be more vocal on twitter regarding the BOD sorting this out, i.e. why arent they buying in at this price? Think this is great buying opportunity at all time lows.
