Its been a long time coming! Expect 8p by Xmas.
Sell and leaseback of the hanger was only way to realise decent amount of cash quickly in order to help its balance sheet. With KPMG on board, to me, looks like they will reconfigure their assets and separate the engineering side from Flybe Group. Making the company's financials look better, and then will let a takeover happen and possibly go into administration. Lots of turbulence on its way. Buckle up!
Tricky - here you go from a quick google search...

Share price recovery on its way...hopefully the II have stopped selling and the sp can go back up to 20-30p
Once this ends (or has ended) the sp should move up nicely.
Gone to Auction
Yes sorry $43m approx. Guess depends if airline goes in to administration then we wont see any of that as creditors will be paid off first. Not sure if its a good strategy to sell LHR and MAN slots. Maybe to free up cash and keep airline from extending its loans if will be necessary.
When BA bought BMI for £172.5m that included 56 landing slots (I assume 28 pairs) so rought calculation for Flybe 7 pairs would be approx £21.5m.
Capt - what rubbish or facts did I state were wrong? please correct me! As all information was in previous VRS RNS. I dont care if NR spent his money on a school science lab - nothing to do with VRS!!! And I'm not shorting but wish I was, wanted to several months back but IG Index wasnt offering it.
The lows this is going to is NOT unbelievable what was unbelievable was a sp of 185p...if you know anything about financial analyis / financial ratios you would know this.
Overbought stock, profits only £1-2m, very high pe ratio, bear market where companies not making decent profits to their NAV are being re-rated. Recent fundraise of £5.2m, VRS has been an "aim darling" for 2018 and reality is now setting in and the sp is coming back to 60p where its true value sits. Biggest signal to sell was when NR sold big chunk (403k) at 121p.
Have to ask yourself what has changed for Flybe in 7 days - instead of making a profit this financial year its now a loss of c£7m. Not massive in the scheme of things. Yes it will probably have to borrow more to keep fcf flowing, but a 50% drop from 33p to 15p does not justify the news in the rns or Flybe's current market cap.
I think the big value of Flybe is its slots at LGW and LHR....airlines fought like mad over BMI to get those lucrative slots at Heathrow. But obviously dont want administration to happen first slots get sold off to pay off the big creditors!
I thought the same at 20p then at 18p and then at 15p, but I still think you are right great entry price. GLA.
MMs playing usual games - a lot of those sells are buys - in my opinion about 80%.
Very good point. SBB1..we started 11% up this morning, yes we quickly lost those gains as the whole airline sector reacted to Brexit (lack of) news, EZY RYA and WIZZ all down today, even BA is down 3.5%. So again another oversold play on SP and have panicked pi's selling today. Its been a hard landing for Flybe, but it will be a big take off next week, better get that A380 out!
Up 11% already
