We all need to remember what a bull****ter Gil is. Or maybe a better way of putting it is that he tends to be a tad too enthusiastic, optimistic & confident. According to his last interview we should be a $1b company by now!

I tend to agree with the sentiment on here this morning. Peter said a few days back that we would be "very pleased". At 0.47 I certainly would have been but not at 0.3. Some might have bought in at that price or very close to it.

It's a shame and the long delays have meant that we are at the mercy of the markets. So it is what it is.

I didn't see any flying pigs with the prospectus moniman!

If I'm reading it right it looks like our shares will have a value of .3, which is less than the .47 that was forecast but we all know markets and events have changed significantly since then.

moniman I expect a nice premium as a result of the listing price but, obviously, what happens after will depend on the quality of the RTO target and the market. I plan to hold as I like the idea of owning shares in a fully quoted medical canabis company.

It's funny because we also own shares in TMOR and will soon be shareholders in a British steel company which also looks exciting and anticipate holding. I would never have dreamed of owning shares in either line of business before my SPAC investments.

So it looks like we should be expecting the prospectus by the middle of next week. We probably need to add a couple of days for HL, AJ Bell etc to get it though to those of us who have our holdings through them.

I think we are nearly there after a long wait and I'm hopeful the wait will be well worth it. This is a family holding for me and my two sons so we're all quite keen to profit from it.

I agree it was way too low General but I think it was more the lack of chemistry between the two principals that screwed it up. If they had actually talked more we might have got an acceptable agreed deal.

Anybody here regretting that the BOD rejected the Kistos offer? Would there not have been greater strength as a combined entity? In the interests of transparency I hold both but a lot more of Kistos.

I hadn't heard of Evgen until yesterday but difficult for serious investors/traders to miss yesterday's news and the massive spike in the SP.

Moniman and yet we sent £55m of Foreign Aid to India last year and I assume are sill paying them. According to The Mail last year Britain is to increase its aid to India and will still send millions to China despite slashing its foreign aid budget. You'd think Government would have a joined up approach to countries that don't act as we believe they should in times of crisis.

My hope is that they are trying to fly under the radar and not bring any attention to the company unless they have to. Very frustrating though.

I thought it was an excellent RNS. Calm, sensible reporting of what had been going on and how they were quietly managing operations. Those who are angry on here are those who just want a sale and, whilst I share their frustration, they can't do a deal on their own - it takes two to tango!

We have an excellent junior minor company operating in very difficult circumstances and managing to keep it's head well above water. The sale will come when the time is right. Heads down and stay calm

I kind of like this new positive version of Andrew Newland. Frequent use of him saying that matters are moving quickly and successfully with multiple opportunities readily available for Parsortix
