Now that we're 13% up, can anyone have a guess at what has pushed EUA up today?
Palladium is down 3.5%, that's unusual, is that anything to do with EUA rising do you think?
Has anyone got a handle on the peace talks? Maybe there's progress?

I wondered if there were whispers of military action winding down? That would free up Russian palladium for Western use and drop the price.
Perhaps that's just me wishful thinking.

Any ideas why palladium has just dropped 4% and EUA moved up 8%?
(I'm not complaining!).

We small investors need to look after ourselves, whether the board of directors is tip-top or rubbish.
I believe the UK has today barred certain Russian producers of palladium . . . however, there are other parts of the world (China) ready to buy up that barred palladium.
I've spent the past year bouncing from Bitcoin to gold/silver back to Bitcoin and losing all the way . . . let's chat about a different metal that seems to be doing well when all less is flapping about.

I've only had this share a week, I'm a very amateur trader and I must say these rapid share price swings are making me feel queasy. What on earth is going on with this share?

PS: when precious have a good day like today, palladium has a good day X4. This has been going on for many months.

There's so much useful knowledge in this share chat, in so many directions.
Ideally, news and result from Elizabeth Hill will arrive when silver is making a prolonged move upwards. That's when Alien Metals and its shareholders will make maximum returns on their investments.
I've been jumping between young precious metal miners and young Bitcoin miners the past 12 months, and all I've done is lose . . . the lesson was: both metals and cryptocurrency will rise when traditional currency falls.
As Tiggrrr said earlier: "hopefully in my lifetime"!

I'm also tired of waiting for lift-off, but today's 7% rise is not to be sniffed at.

Precious metals have picked up today, and UFO share price with them.

I think the result that matters most to investors is the adjusted profit ("adjusted EBITDA"), and I think annual growth of over 10% is seen as an excellent result: today Team17 announced 18% growth in adjusted profit.

All crypto has looked strong the past few weeks, with giant wallets apparently getting ready to buy, governtments (including ours and the US) suggesting they're going to have to work with this new kind of wealth rather than ban it . . .
QBT has risen from 1.55p on 7 March to 2.83p today . . .
Whatever causes the share price to rise, it means the company has more funds to make plans with.
Personally , I would to see Bitcoin carry on upwards for another week or two. Certainly wouldn't do our share price any harm.

Mmm, maybe we will see, as this week plays out, whether a rise in Bitcoin prompts a rise in Quantum . . .
If Bitcoin keeps on rising for a few days, and we don't get an RNS from the management AND YET Quantum shoots up, we will all know that a thriving Bitcoin = thriving QBT share price.
At this point, having jumped on and off this share so many times and lost so much dosh, I feel quite easy-going about whether it's Bitcoin or company news will lift us.

There's an old Jackie Chan film (maybe Rumble in the Bronx) where he's messing about and his elderly teacher says to him: "Sometimes . . . you make me tremble with disgust!" . . .
I found it hilarious, and I'm reminded of it today, with Bitcoin moving steadily up, now 6.62% in the green, and this fine share is in the red.
