Didn't want to stir disagreement: I agree with you, TAD, buying on a price spike is daft. However, if I didn't put the money here right now, I would've been tempted to put it elsewhere.
Got to get to work. Good luck Aliens.
Look what the cat dragged in. I couldn't bear to miss the ride, so I've scraped together enough to make a small investment in this fine company. Again. Third time lucky.
"Second star to the right and straight on 'til morning."
Forrest, thanks for the interest. Fact is, I lost my UFO investment trying to grow it bigger on other companies. (My moving money around has resembled gambling more than investing.)
I believe UFO will reach way beyond the 3p it struck a few years back, maybe add a zero to that. GLA.
What a wally, I had to make a hole in my UFO shares, and then put the rest on other companies to try to fill the hole and guess what, all gone. I won't be able to watch now that things are moving up, so I will wish you all the best of luck.
Got my health, the first thing worth having.
GLA.
Looking at the iron ore price chart for the last 3 years (marketindex.com): miners and wannabe miners have been gifted with an excellent 2023. The 3-year low was in November 2022 (around $82/tonne), and here we are at around $126/tonne. Long may the strength of iron ore last for us.
Thank you enuffRMbs for discovering that we're a step closer to permission to mine. Plus the price of iron ore is looking very strong indeed. No wonder we're 12% up in a day. Go UFO!
Max and Chris2 get a room. But don't forget to post (that's Max only).
It's not just UFO showing signs of moving up. There's a sense of investors in different areas investing a little, at last, instead of keeping it all under the mattress. I'm with those who believe this is mainly down to better economic news coming out of China.
Good to see UFO touching the 0.2s again.
