A shift in management usually means a big change is coming, and the company's way of dealing with it didn't suit someone . . .
We all know the big change that's currently on the cards is Sandbox approval. Looks like the market thinks the Sandbox is on.
Whatever part of the business Versarien is ready to sell, sounds like they need shareholders permission to do anything further, including fundraise: so there shouldn't be another raise before the 4th July general meeting.
That gives VRS shares over 2 weeks to settle into the blue.
Looks like a shareprice base of around 2.20p has been found, same as on 12th June and 1st June.
The sales referred to in the RNS: are they for the whole business? Are the management looking for a total buy-out, or are they just hoping to sell bits and pieces?
Oh now my eyes are sparkling looking at the silver show: trust India to make such beautiful pieces. It was Elizabeth Hill that caused me to settle here in the first place.
Happy to see the iron ore price holding over $100/oz for months now.
Would anyone be willing to spell out (in simple terms) how the US Bill, the UK Bill and GST are connected?
I'm very happy to be invested in a company at the forefront of something, but I need to know what it is . . .
It's the management's job to attract small investors, not ignore them. When enough small money gets together, it's not small any more. I like a line from the end of Cloud Atlas:
Father: You're just a drop in the ocean.
Son: What is an ocean but a multitude of drops?
Wondering what to say about a 3% rise (when I was dreaming of 30%) . . . better than a kick in the teeth. And I need to dream smaller.
Good luck to Safestay and shareholders, I hope the improvements in business continue for you all.
I've received an email from Paul Hingston, Safestay Group CFO: the company's 2022 results will be announced tomorrow, Friday 9th June 2023.
This share has done amazing things since the middle of May. Several days of over a 30% rise, that doesn't happen often.
I was only in for a few days but stayed for weeks, and my eye will be on this share for years. Many others I'm sure are watching from the sidelines ready to board for the next ride up.
Good to see UFO holding the 0.40p mark, great to see iron ore firmly over $100/tonne. When China makes a show of cutting production and reining back development, I believe they're forcing a drop in the iron ore price . . . they'll soon take off again.
