Hoping for a trading update next week, with news of QVH contract. I imagine that H1 revenues will be much the same as last year, but going forward, revenue from QVH, £1.6M over two years, and increased adoption within Berkshire, the Northern Care Alliance, and the busier procurement period of NHS Trusts in the coming months, we should see revenues accelerating. India might also throw up some revenues shortly, now that Bleepa has received the import licence.

News on Cap XX website today:
https://www.cap-xx.com/cap-xx-signs-joint-venture-with-australian-graphene-technology-specialist-ionic-industries/
CAP-XX has entered into a joint venture with Ionic Industries, the first Australian company to commercialize graphene technologies.
The two companies are partnering to commercialize Ionic’s reduced graphene oxide technology (rGO) in supercapacitors and other energy storage devices sold by CAP-XX.
Ionic’s rGO technology will help CAP-XX to increase electrode energy density in its supercapacitors, enabling the company to enlarge its product portfolio and access further markets and applications.
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – CAP-XX has formally signed a joint venture agreement with Ionic Industries, Australia’s first company focused on commercializing graphene technologies, strengthening its local supply chain and collaboration with local universities. The partnership between the two companies will focus on commercializing Ionic’s reduced graphene oxide (rGO) technology to increase electrode density in supercapacitors and other energy storage devices under the CAP-XX brand.
Graphene is the thinnest material suitable for commercial applications, being only one carbon atom thick. It is also one of the strongest and hardest materials in the world, 200 times stronger than steel of the same thickness. However, graphene is also very flexible and does not break under any conditions.
Ionic’s rGO material has a highly conductive structure that improves the packing density of the active materials in devices’ electrodes while maintaining high power performance. The rGO technology will help CAP-XX to increase electrode energy density in its supercapacitors, enabling the company to enlarge its product portfolio and access further markets and applications. This increase will take supercapacitors closer to the energy density of lead-acid batteries while providing significantly superior power density and cycle life.
CAP-XX’s supercapacitors utilizing Ionic’s rGO material are expected to serve various applications, including both electric and internal combustion engine vehicles, microgrid storage, smart meters, electronic locks, asset trackers and IoT devices. Additionally, rGO materials are expected to have applications across various hybrid capacitors and batteries. CAP-XX expects to have samples of its supercapacitors featuring the innovative rGO material ready for customers by mid-2024.
Commenting on the company’s joint venture with Ionic, Lars Stegmann, CEO of CAP-XX, said:
“We’ve been in discussions with Ionic for around 18 months, so it brings me great pleasure to see our efforts materialize into this formal partnership. Our collective mission is clear – we wan

The London Stock Exchange has issued a notice to investors warning it is investigating an issue with its trading information system.
Only the FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and IOB securities are available for trading.
The operational notice on its website warns: “We are undertaking immediate analysis and will provide further updates through our live service portal.”
Lars certainly getting about, good to see.
"It’s always a pleasure to meet our distributors in person and that is exactly what we did while visiting Singapore."
"Earlier today, our CEO, Lars Stegmann, and our Director of Business Development in India, Palanivelan Subramanian, had the pleasure of spending some time with two of our distributors in Asia. "
"Both meetings were extremely beneficial and provided us with the opportunity to discuss exciting developments for our partnerships in 2024. This is why we make it a priority to visit our distributors and continue to foster the relationships that we have built over the years."
Interesting interview, and yes, at 38mins in, Musk does again mention about how Tesla have open-sourced their patents.....

Hi Mucker, so can you explain why in May this year,
Ruffer LLp increased their holding to 5.18%
Quilter Plc increased their holding to 9.6%
and in June this year;
Canaccord Genuity Group increased their holding to 17.2%
Miton UK MicroCap Trust invested at a 3% holding
and in September this year;
Dr Graham Cooley went above a 3% holding
A reminder of previous RNS dated 4th May 2022:
CAP-XX secures exclusive joint venture with Ionic Industries for transformational new graphene material
CAP-XX Limited, a world leader in the design and manufacture of thin, flat supercapacitors and energy management systems, is pleased to announce that it has signed a binding term sheet (the "Agreement") in relation to a joint venture ("JV") with Ionic Industries Limited ("Ionic") for the commercialisation of reduced graphene oxide ("rGO") for supercapacitors and other energy storage devices.
Highlights:
· CAP-XX and Ionic have entered into the Agreement to exclusively commercialise Ionic's rGO material for supercapacitors and other energy storage devices
· The rGO material's highly conductive structure improves the packing density of the active materials in devices' electrodes, while maintaining high power performance
· Ionic's rGO graphene oxide technology has already been shown to increase electrode energy density by over 100% compared to CAP-XX's current electrode. This is expected to translate into supercapacitor energy densities of 15 to 20 watt-hours (Wh)/litre or 10-15 Wh/kg, which is approaching the energy density of lead acid batteries, while aiming to provide significantly superior power density and cycle life
· supercapacitors utilising rGO material are expected to serve a wide range of applications including: electric vehicles; vehicles powered by internal combustion engines; microgrid storage; smart meters; e-locks, asset trackers and various IoT devices
· In addition, rGO materials are expected to have applications across a range of hybrid capacitors and batteries
· CAP-XX's Customers are expected to receive samples around mid-2024
Ionic Industries is an Australian company based in Melbourne, developing new forms of graphene for a variety of markets. Its work on commercialising graphene materials began in collaboration with Monash University in 2011. Ionic's collaboration with Monash has resulted in six government grant programs, numerous publications and global recognition, notably in the field of energy storage.
Pursuant to the Agreement, Ionic will procure a licence for rGO in favour of the JV, which will have exclusive worldwide use of these materials for supercapacitors, batteries and other energy storage devices and Ionic will sell rGO products to the JV. CAP-XX will manufacture and sell supercapacitors and energy storage devices using rGO, on behalf of the JV, under the CAP-XX brand.
The Agreement is subject to the completion of various conditions precedent and the establishment of a joint venture vehicle, which will be owned on a 51% CAP-XX : 49% Ionic basis.
Great news with the signing of the JV with Ionic Industries. It's worth having a look at this page on their website:

Ionic Supercapacitors – Unparalleled Energy Density
"While those in the supercapacitor industry acknowledge that graphene materials are the future of advanced supercapacitor technology… Ionic is the first to develop graphene-based supercapacitors with performance specifications that will disrupt global supercapacitor markets with smaller, more powerful energy storage solutions and deliver longer life spans for batteries.
As with the Ioxus win, we can expect a substantial award to CAP-XX for its attorney's fees, on top of the Damages award. and Looking back at their accounts for the past four years, I calculate their patent infringement expenses to be in the order of Aus$ 4.8 million.
