RE: What’s the alternative?3 Jul 2025 21:09
Evening 5Js,
I personally think there isn't an alternative, as Bleepa has been designed with the NHS Neighbourhood Heathcare Service and Community Diagnostic Centers in mind....
🧪 1. Neighbourhood Health Service Pilot (London, June 2025)
In June 2025, Feedback Medical co-led a two-day simulation of the London Neighbourhood Health Service involving over 100 healthcare and social care professionals.
Bleepa was chosen as the core digital platform, enabling shared care records and multidisciplinary collaboration in a community setting
🤝 2. Neighbourhood Diagnostics Solution
In September 2024, Feedback signed an MOU with a primary care tech provider to pilot their “Neighbourhood Diagnostics Solution.”
This integrates Bleepa to streamline diagnostic referrals across primary care, CDCs, pharmacies, and secondary care—pilots were slated for late 2024 or early 2025
Intent: redirect certain diagnostics into community settings (pharmacies, local hubs) while keeping workflows seamless and integrated
🏥 3. Strategic & Infrastructure Alignment
Bleepa is fully aligned with the NHS vision of shifting care “from hospital to community,” echoing Tony Blair Institute and Health Secretary Streeting's emphasis on digital neighbours and localised care
Feedback Medical is working on integrations with primary care record systems, enabling rapid, system-wide deployment without bespoke builds
📊 4. Scale-Up & Funding Foundations
The annual and half-year reports confirm continued funding for CDC pathway deployments, ERF approval, and NHS alignment, providing a strong foundation for scaling neighbourhood diagnostics
The central funding and partner infrastructure are in place to enable large-scale rollout into neighbourhood settings.
✅ Summary: Bleepa in Neighbourhood Health Centres
Simulation success: active in London’s first Neighbourhood Health Service pilot.
Diagnostics pilot: MOU signed; plans underway to redirect diagnostics into community hubs via Bleepa.
Strategic fit: complements NHS priorities for community‑centred, digitally enabled, integrated care.
Scale readiness: backed by funding, ERF support, and integration capability.
