With revenue from Playstack alone up 52% year-on-year to £30.7m in the first half of the year, and a historically strong second half leading in to Christmas, we should be on for another great year. By comparison, Everplay had H1 revenues of £72.4M and has a market cap of £547M....

A great new interview with Harvey Elliot, a very impressive CEO offering interesting insight into the Indie Games Industry, the development and success of Balatro, and the outlook ahead. Well worth a watch.

A pretty downbeat assessment of the current situation within the NHS. Did not leave me feeling particularly optimistic on near term contracts, and the spending cutbacks within Feedback seem to suggest that they are not expecting the situation to change soon. I've reduced my holding today, I still believe that Bleepa is a great product, but it's a painful investment at the moment, with progress relying so much on NHS decision making....

A good opportunity to get some answers, so post those questions...... Maybe some positive news next week to placate investors...?

The new Framework Agreement started on the 11th August, but ICSs will have been preparing and submitting operational & financial plans to NHS England in Q1. These plans are reviewed, budgets signed off, and detailed business cases developed in Q2. ICSs are then in a position to launch or award contracts, so I think we could well see some news this month.....

August is historically a month of no news, as most people are on their Summer Holidays, it is much more likely to come this month.

And as for cash runway, there was 20-24 months cash runway from the Half Year Results and that was without new contracts, so time is on our side at the moment. I know I keep saying this, but I think we'll get some good news this month..... ;0)

Some people are obviously getting the jitters with the waiting, hence the recent sells, but I believe our bus is just around the corner, and will arrive soon. I'm hoping that in what is often the case, 3 will arrive at the same time.....! The above funding is now active, so we should get some news soon....

ICB contracts should be in the region of £2M so fingers crossed.

Description

Digital Diagnostic Solutions is to be the new Framework for the Medical IT Departmental Software and Hardware Solutions framework within NHS Supply Chain.

Digital systems are the backbone of any hospital with every department requiring a way to store, manage and share their data across sites, regions and even whole nations.

This framework will offer customers access to a number of suppliers across different clinical areas that sit within the Diagnostics, Equipment and Services area of NHS Supply Chain.

This Framework Agreement will offer managed and non-managed service contracts as well as software only.

Customers will have the ability to specify and create a fully bespoke Digital Diagnostic Solution for different requirements that can range from a single site or department to a solution across multiple departments or Trusts.

Precise quantities are unknown. The estimated value over the total Framework Agreement term (including any extension options) is £700,000,000 including growth.

Feedback awarded further funding to extend NHS Trust pathways

Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK, "Feedback" or the "Company"), the clinical infrastructure specialist, is pleased to announce that it has secured further funding to extend the delivery of its Community Diagnostic Centre ("CDC") pathway pilot at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust ("NCA") site in Oldham.

Feedback has successfully supported Oldham CDC's application for further pathway funding from the 2024-25 NHS England budget, securing a paid contract extension as outlined in the original pilot announcement, on 21 March 2024. This further funding is for £69,000 with an initial 50% paid from the NHSE H1 budget to 30 September 2024, with the balance expected from the NHSE H2 budget to continue the pilot to 31 March 2025. The pilot is focused on breathlessness, further demonstrating the impact of a pathway approach on CDC utilisation and wider patient wait times. The data generated will complement positive findings from past and ongoing pilots, building the business case for further expansion and funding.

The coverage of the NCA's Bleepa® based digital referral system, which is based on a separate Bleepa® contract with Feedback, has also been significantly expanded since December 2023, when it supported six specialities at Oldham and one at Fairfield General Hospital. Its total user number has increased 68% between June 2023 and June 2024 with over 1,400 users at the sites now generating over 9,200 patient referrals during this period alone. It now supports eleven specialties, including Endocrinology and Haematology at Oldham, and five specialities, including Cardiology and Respiratory at Fairfield.

So to summarise what this means for Feedback:

From 1 Aug 2025, Feedback Medical becomes an NHS framework-approved supplier, eligible for streamlined trust procurement and potentially large-scale rollouts tied to clinical and diagnostic transformation programs.

The NHS Supply Chain’s Digital Diagnostic Solutions (DDS) framework — launching 1 August 2025 — is a £700 million, 24‑month procurement platform that allows NHS trusts in England and Wales to purchase fit-for-purpose department-wide digital diagnostic systems (e.g., radiology, pathology, cardiology) through a curated list of approved suppliers.

Included as an Approved Supplier

Feedback Medical (Bleepa®) is one of 54 suppliers on the DDS framework. This means NHS trusts can directly procure your digital clinical communication and image-sharing platform without running a separate tender.

Frictionless NHS Market Access

Trusts using DDS can order Bleepa® quickly via mini‑competitions or direct award. This eliminates redundant procurement steps and speeds up adoption across multiple regions.

Expanded Reach & Credibility

Being part of the framework helps position Feedback Medical as a trusted, contract-ready provider that meets NHS-wide resilience, cybersecurity, and sustainability standards (e.g., Cyber Essentials Plus, 24/7 support, carbon reduction)

Upside in Revenue & Integration

Trusts deploying DDS will look to implement digital diagnostic tools across departments. Bleepa®—which integrates images, referrals, and messaging—can tie into radiology, pathology, and multidisciplinary workflows, opening a door to integrated solutions across key service areas.

Management seem to be confident that the share price will at least get above the placing price of 20p, and revenues to increase substantially...

The Options are exercisable at a price of 20 pence per share, reflecting the price at which the Company last completed an equity fundraise in November 2024 and representing a premium of 37.9 per cent to the closing share price on the last trading day before this announcement.

219,073 Options are being granted to a PDMR as set out below. The Options will vest in four equal tranches as follows:

· 25% vest in three equal sub-tranches annually (8.33% on each of the first, second and third anniversary of grant of 10 July 2025)

· 25% vest on reported revenue of £8m

· 25% vest on reported revenue of £12m; and

· 25% vest on reported revenue of £20m

"Reported Revenue" is either:

· a year's revenue reported in the full year audited financial statements; or

· 12 months' revenue being H2 of the last full year audited financial statements plus H1 of the last published interim financial statements.

"Building on the success to date and growing national/regional interest in Bleepa®, our product development has also become focused on preparing to scale. Behind the scenes, our product team has been building integrations with the national infrastructure team to be able to utilise existing and widely adopted back-end integrations into primary care systems that enable a seamless experience for GPs, and allow us to push the Bleepa® solution to primary care at scale without undertaking a bespoke integration into individual practices or systems. This work is extremely complex but once completed will enable us to expand to multiple GP practices instantly allowing us to focus on integration with secondary care systems when we come to undertake new deployments, which both accelerates new customer onboarding and reduces the cost of scaling."

Intent: redirect certain diagnostics into community settings (pharmacies, local hubs) while keeping workflows seamless and integrated

Bleepa is fully aligned with the NHS vision of shifting care “from hospital to community,” echoing Tony Blair Institute and Health Secretary Streeting's emphasis on digital neighbours and localised care

Feedback Medical is working on integrations with primary care record systems, enabling rapid, system-wide deployment without bespoke builds

The annual and half-year reports confirm continued funding for CDC pathway deployments, ERF approval, and NHS alignment, providing a strong foundation for scaling neighbourhood diagnostics

The central funding and partner infrastructure are in place to enable large-scale rollout into neighbourhood settings.
