I would also expect the appointment of Dara Nasr to bear fruit in the coming months. Maybe this new significant partner for 4D is a result of Dara joining the Board....

At a market cap of £3M, this could easily double on news of a decent contract.

The Better Care Fund is for the implementation of social and neighbourhood care. I believe Tom alluded to this in the presentation when talking about the Neighbourhood Contracts...:

"It's still uncertain where and when the money will be coming into the system to pay for neighbourhoods. So I still think the neighbourhood contracts will be some way off, even though the value proposition is there.

So what we're seeing at the minute is that we're having a lot of conversations with the new neighbourhood teams up and down the country. Everyone's recognising that actually it may be a good idea to invest in digital infrastructure rather than say bricks and mortar. I think the natural instinct for the system is to go and build new centres and there has been a lot of press coverage about building neighbourhood centres.

But actually what we found from the simulation was that the participants found it much more useful to collaborate through a digital channel than they did through physical co-location. And actually the lessons for the simulations are taken forwards, digital would be prioritised rather than bricks and mortar building. And so I think at the minute the crux of our commercial opportunity rests on us. Putting that digital infrastructure piece front and centre, which I think is being done very successfully at the minute.

But as I say, I think neighbourhood is still further out. Right now the driving focus for the NHS is around elective recovery. That's where our core only proposition really sits and that's where our evidence base sits. And I think that forms the basis of both the national and ICB conversations that we're having. "

In the past, Tom has stated a contract value of £2M per ICB for Bleepa. So if Bleepa is rolled out on a National level, and there are 26 ICBs nationally, would it be feasible to expect a contract of £52M....? The NHS has been allocated £10 Billion for tech between 26-29 so the money is coming.....

And the decision for this should be made before the end of this Financial Year, ie 31st March, so we should know very soon.....

From the Interims:

"Following a multiyear engagement strategy and growing evidence from the Sussex pilot of Bleepa, the Company was asked by national stakeholders to write a business case, as part of the Spring Spending Review, for central funding which would enable potential national adoption of the solution. Since the submission, the company has been working closely with the national team to provide further evidence of its impact and the uniqueness of the Bleepa product, with a view to supporting a potential procurement. An award via this process, though not guaranteed, would be material for the Company and enable Bleepa to be potentially taken forward as a single national solution or potentially on a more regional basis at an ICB level. The outcome of this process is still awaited but is anticipated in H1 2026. Management continues to be in regular contact with central stakeholders."
